Description of Work: Rebuilt spa.They took several months to get to us, but provided good service when they finally came. They had to return to fix something and were prompt at that. Good service, just had to wait a long long time for the initial service.

Description of Work: We contacted them in early June. No answer, but left msg. Nice lady called back and we had a nice conversatio n. She provided some options to us over the phone, but said if we wanted to still have someone come out that was okay. So we scheduled for availability in late June. A day later we called them back, again no answer, and left a msg that we will be cancelling the appt as we could not justify spending $80 for someone to come out to tell us how much it would cost to repair it. Especially if we decided to not go with them. We waited a few days and though since they didn't return the call that it was canceled. A couple weeks passed by and we heard our doorbell ring... They said they were there to look at the pool. I stood there stunned because I couldn't recall who they were and then I thought of the date. Omg. They still came even though we canceled. I explained what happened and why we did it. They said okay and started to leave. I said you came all the way out here you can take a look still if you want. They agreed and we all went to take a look. I explained that I fixed the one return a year ago but didn't want to go through that again so I just called then based off their rating on here. They looked at it and said they would run new lines, have it done in one day and provide a year warranty on the work if we agreed to close with them in the fall. I said OK how much. They said $1000. I said great and we shook hands. He said I'll call you tonight to schedule an appointment... We never got a call back and that was our experience with Accurate Pools. Nice people. Just not very responsive to requests and following up with customers. Not sure if we would go with them again since we didn't really get to use them in the first place.

Description of Work: We have not used this service before now but they came on a Sunday on a holiday weekend for a pool repair. We could not bet the pool cover to open as the gears appeared to be stripped and we were having a family reunion at the pool that day. They were able to quickly address the issue and explained all of the required repairs down the road which were needed but not able to be performed as it was a Sunday. The price was higher than I expected but we plan on using this company from now on.

He did call a few days later and said he took a quick look and that he would have to order a part and that it would be in within 1 week.

They can do anything relating to a pool or spa and are outstanding. They are also like a doctor with a great bedside manner. We will say, they are tough to get in touch with at time and getting a return call. I HATE to say this because they are SO MUCH BETTE than Eastgate Pool and that place in Newtown. The quality of service, the competitive pricing, their 'bedside manner', were all so fantastic. It's simply that they are in such high demand and they do not have enough resources to cover demand. But honestly, with all the disappointments we've had in the past, we both prefer to wait for the callback than have someone new.(when '

Description of Work: We needed a new pool liner and anyone who has an inground pool knows what a hassle that is. We had discovered Accurate Pool, a mom and pop shop, by accident. They are small, no fancy website, but in our area, where we are stuck with very limited options for pool service, they were a feast for the eyes - and pocket book. While they are not 'cheap', they are fair. And the quality of the work is outstanding. We first used them to help with some filter problems at the end of the previous year when we got sick and tired of being ripped off by Eastgate. They did excellent work for a fair price so we had them close the pool that year and we discussed the desperate need for a new pool liner (we had pinholes everywhere and were losing lots of water - eventually the liner started pulling away from the walls - horrible). While they could do the whole project - sell the liner from their inventory and do the installation, I wanted to buy my liner from In the Swim. I wanted a unique pattern and a flex buying plan (In the Swim is fantastic too (they have a buying plan that will let you spread out payments over a 4 or 6 month period - double check that fact). Well, we have an odd shaped pool. In the Swim sent sensational diagrams for Accurate to work from - it was a huge project getting the specs down accurately (and this activity was in the entire price of $850 and we didn't have to pay for it until the who project was done!). It took a number of hours. The actual installation of the liner when like clock work. My husband and I have never seen such precise, hard labor. After that we had them do eveything by general maintenance. They just closed the pool for us. We do our own opening. We know they do spa work as well but we do not have one but I am sure they do outstanding spa work as well. We love to support the small business person as long as they can handle the work load and meet high criteria levels of service. These folks do.
