I hired Ron Sears to do an appraisal and he did come out and do the appraisal but I never received the written appraisal. I would not recommend this company to any one. I have contacted him many times and still have not received a written copy of the appraisal that I paid for. He did give me a verbal appraisal but not the written one I need,

Very prompt and professional. Other appraisers we have used in the past spent very little time at the property and relied heavily on public records. Ron was at our home almost one hour! He took the time to really understand the property and its condition.
