Ron came the next day after contacting him. Within 4 days we had our appraisal. Very pleasant to work with.

Unfortunately spoke with the company but they are not for residential appraisals. They were more for business/cprporates.

Ron Sears low balled our house estimate then offered to buy the house or have his friend buy the house. He set the appraisal for our house at $146,000. The buyer of the house got an appraisal through her mortgage company of $220,000. Big difference! Our house was appraised at $74,000 more than his appraisal. Ron Sears caused us to lose money on the sale.
