Description of Work: Inspection with radon and termite test through Sibcy Cline Realty. Inspector Paul was great. Friendly, professional, and not only willing to have me accompany him, but preferred it. He arrived about 20-30 minutes before inspection time to take initial photos around property and get setup. He then walked me through what he had already seen. Talked throughout about long-term care for the home in particular. He thought it funny when I asked if he would get on roof, as it was standard for them. Finished inspection by 1pm, and had report in my email by 9am the next morning. Great care for property involved and talked factually, not in terms of opinion. Would definitely recommend.

 + -1 moreRichard was incredible, we could not have imagined a more effective home inspection. He was punctual, detail-oriented, and so helpful. Richard new that this was a foreclosed home that had been vacant for many months, so he checked many items over several times to be sure. He even arrived early to start to air out the basement for us. When he found out we were moving from a completely different climate (desert), he went out of his way to point out the landscaping plant types and care, as well as all kinds of home maintenance advice for us. He told us exactly how to fix some of the issues that he found, and the report included suggestions and improvements for many items that didn't actually fail inspection but could still use some work to be in tip top shape. We have bought several homes before and have never seen or heard of an inspector this effective. Richard is the Mike Holmes of Cincinnati and we will never consider using a different inspector in this area.
Description of Work: Conducted a complete home inspection prior to purchase. This included a septic system dye test and termite inspection.

Description of Work: Richard was punctual and professional. Conducted a full home inspection with plenty of photos and provided the report later that day by posting it online (secure access). I like that he noted the applicance(s) model #'s and entered them into a database for recall information, again accessible online. He also walked the lot of the home's location, even noting the poison ivy in the backyard!

 + -1 moreOn a scale from 1-10, my satisfaction was a 10. The two representatives from 1st Inspection showed up early, dressed professionally and told me exactly what they were going to do before they started their work. As we were walking around my business, they pointed out the good with the bad, took accurate notes and great pictures. I would recommend this company to anybody that wants professionals to inspect their house or a commercial building.
Description of Work: 1st Inspection Services did a commercial inspection for our building. They were very professional and very thorough with pictures and their reports. The inspection reports were e-mailed to me in less then 24 hours. I had some questions and they were very prompt at returning my calls.
