Took more room in truck than Angie's special deal allowed, but the additional area was prorated, and total cost was about half what I expected from using their service before without the special deal. Have used them four times now. Fast, convenient, have always been able to schedule a pickup time the same day.

It went very well. They were very professional. They called when they were coming. They were here on time. They went very quickly and I was very happy with it.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient. They were happy to bring things up the hill from the edge of my property. They had no trouble with bulky and heavy items and warned me when we were approaching the cubic foot limit. We agreed to a reasonable additional charge for the excess load.

Went extremely well. Two guys showed up, took care of cutting up the metal playset, hauled away the old carpet, said everything fit into their truck and no additional payment was necessary. Couldn't have worked out better.

Since our community no longer offers an annual pick up of large items, junk and general rubbish I went to Angie's List to find an alternative and decided to try 1800GotJunk. I was able to make a pick up appointment on line which is a nice feature. A lady from the firm called a couple days before my appointment to confirm date and time. The driver called about a half hour before arrival and was well within the two hour time window they had quoted. John and Donald were the two young men doing the pick up. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I showed John what we wanted hauled off and he quoted me a price off a chart based on the amount of truck space for the material we were discarding. After agreeing to the price John and Donald went to work loading the truck. It took them under 15 minutes. Note, that I had put everything in the garage but didn't need to. John told me they would have gladly carried the stuff out of the basement or any other room(s) in the house. After loading the truck both men swept out the garage. I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. They carry a card reader with them. I had printed a $25.00 coupon offered to Angie's List members, and that was deducted from the total. This was an all around excellent and easy experience. I won't hesitate to call 1800GotJunk again for my next trash removal project.

They did a great job clearing all the carpet out. We had pulled it up from all the rooms in our house and piled it in the garage along with the padding and garbage bags of tack strips. Some of the tack strips were in the carpeting as well. They cleared it all out and swept everything up withing 30 minutes. Well done and very professional.

I was very pleadse with them from the beginning. They called the night before to confirm time, called in morning to give approximate time and called when they were on the way. When they arrived they confirmed the price to make sure we were ok with it. Their work was efficient and professional. Even swept storage bin when it was emptied. They were two very nice young men who did a great job and impressed us very much. Yes it may be more expensive than others but it was worth it!!

The guys were GREAT. They worked quickly and hard and were friendly and helpful. We did the take this/not that point method. They had great patience. They hauled away everything I needed them to and swept up the floors when we ere done. I would definitely use them again. The price seemed a little high but in the end, their service was worth every cent I paid them.

Phenomenal experience from the start. I called the 800 number and Stefan and Mitch were very energetic and helpful. In fact, they were the reason I scheduled the service. I was scheduled for a 5-7pm pick up and they called about 3:15 and were running early and wanted to come by early. They arrived with smiling faces, clearly explained their fees and worked quickly in the heat. They even swept out the garage! I will use them again and again. Well worth the price.

It went very well. They called ahead and showed up on time. The two men worked very hard to clean out what was left from a whole house estate sale. It took two trucks, which surprised us. But they were nice and told us up front what they thought it would cost and what was needed. Two hours after they showed up, the house was empty. Very pleased with the process.

The guys were right on time, they gave me an estimate and loaded everything in one truck load, saving me another hauling fee. They did a great job and I would definitely use and recommend this service in the future.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I had everything organized for them when they arrived, they hauled it up very quickly, and were very professional. My only complaint is their service is a little high compared to their competitors. I also wasn't happy I was charged $50 but two old computers when their main competitor does not. I'm a software engineer as a living, and I had removed the processors, RAM, power supplies, and drives from the tower, but they still insisted on charging an electronic disposal fee of $25 a piece. For the overall cost compared to their competitors and the additional hidden charges, I will not use their service again.

David and Mack did a wonderful job and are great representatives of their company. They called ahead as promised and arrived on time. They surveyed the materials to be hauled and gave me a price up front. They then went to work and completed within their promised time frame (and in less time than I had estimated). The team was very polite and personable, and were hard workers. This is my second time using 1-800-Got-Junk and I have been very pleased both times. I highly recommend them as a company and David & Mack in particular.

I made an appointment through the website. They called to confirm the date and time and to give me an approximate. When they got to the house, they picked up the items I needed removed; furniture and appliances etc.. They were in an out very quickly, they left coupons for the next visit. It was a pleasure doing business with them - I would definitely do it again - and probably will come spring!

The service was good, on-time and thorough. The even swept up when they were finished.

I had to have help and team work to clean out our grauge. My husband is a pack rat and I am not. So...after asking for 15 years to clean out our double car grauge. My husband went in for knee replacement sugery and took that chance to clean out the mess. I knew I only had a short window to fimt to get this done, so I called 1-800- GOT-JUNK and they were wonderful. They sent out an empty truck and two young men, let me tell you , after 4 hours we were done !!! The men did anything I ask them to do, they cleaned out any and all the junk to go onto the truck. All I had to do was ask them and it was done. The price was $550.00, which is not cheep but if you would have had the mess I had, that was out there, it was a small price to pay. I was so glad to get this done. They charge you by what goes on the truck, not by the hour. The truck is good size and they filled it for me, with all that junk. I would like to be able to do the basement next, so we shall see. But one thing is for sure, I would call them again. Debra

The Got Junk team showed up a few minutes early. I toured them through the house to let them know what I wanted hauled away, with instructions to them to stop once their truck was full. We did not have to locate everything in one area, they worked as the junk lay. They worked quickly, neatly, and were very courteous throughout. I can't judge their pricing since I only called them and had no other estimates to compare.

They were really quick to respond. They came quickly. They took everything that we were hoping that they would. They were really very friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves too. I would use them again.

The two men worked very hard removing stacks of items from third floor to basement. All the items filled more space than I had imagined so the price was higher. On the other hand they packed everything in the truck tightly so every inch was used. I was told that there was a shredder service for those personal documents that needed to be shredded so I included a box of those items. I have not gotten the promised certificate so I am hoping these were files were shredded. I have held this report since January 25th and still not certificate.

On time. Did what I ask. Cleaned up.

i hired them because a friend had given me a Groupon that was about to expire, which saved me $110 (the price i listed was the full price, not the discounted price paid), & i was able to schedule same-day service. they were EXCELLENT. they kept me informed of their ETA & were prompt as well as polite, professional, & personable. i walked them thru the house, they gave me an estimate based on how much space it would take in their truck, which was exactly what i'd expected, & they got right to work. i was still packing up remaining items to move to the new place, & i was able to keep working on that most of the time while they did their thing. they came to me whenever uncertain what i wanted removed or left. in the less-organized garage, i just walked around & pointed & they did everything else, including sweeping up afterward. i would hire them again w/o hesitation and have already recommended them to friends.
