They were great! The person who answered the phone was friendly and easy to talk to. She called back almost immediately to schedule the appointment and it turned out that they came within two days of my initial phone call! They arrived within the time frame they said they would and called ahead as they said also. Though the price was fair and the 15% off Angie's List coupon was awesome to have, I did feel that the final price was a bit high, considering that they will probably get some cash out of scraping the lawn mowers. But, since I've been after my husband to get this done for almost 3 years, I am thrilled that it is now gone from our back yard! I would definitely use them again!

I had them move a few things out of my garage and it went absolutely great! They always do a great job. I'll definitely use them in the future. Their punctuality is perfect.

They were really good. They shoveled it out, swept up the basement and off they went. I liked that they really packed their truck and they are experts about that. They do recycle so I feel better about that. They pulled some things that thought could go somewhere. The price seems steep but it is not. They charge you by the truck not by the time, but they are quick.

David was great. I left a message and he returned my call promptly. He scheduled the service soon after we spoke and told me about a discount I was eligible for through Angie's List. Did a great job and was prompt and courteous.

It was a little more expensive than expected because they did not have information about the window air conditioning units. They did the work for an additional fee. They were on time and did what was expected.

Karen in the office was very customer friendly and helpful . Nick and David removed the shed. They were very professional and friendly. Anything we wanted done they did. We would highly recommend them

Scheduling went great. This was a last minute thing, so I scheduled the service online. Was able to secure a 2-4 pm time slot. They were supposed to call when they were 20-30 minutes out. I arrived at my house at 1:30. At 3:30, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the main number and spoke to Karen. She was very apologetic, called the guys in the truck, and told me that they were running late, but should be calling me shortly to let me know that they were on their way. I was OK with that. At 4:30, when I still hadn't heard from them, I called the main number again and got Karen again. Once again, she was apologetic, wasn't exactly sure why they were so late, but that things were very busy lately, and they had to get another truck because the one was full and had to be dropped off, etc. She called the truck again and told me that they would be calling me momentarily, that they were done with the job before mine and were on their way. Got the call from the guys in the truck immediately, at which time they gave me their excuses for being late, and informed me that they were about 45 minutes out. They were already 30 minutes outside the 2 hour window they had given me. Since I had to have this job done immediately, I had no choice but to wait for them. Karen called me back right after I talked to the guys in the truck and apologized again, said that they would give me a discount over and above the one I was already getting for scheduling online. At 6:00 pm, 90 minutes after the last call when they said they were 45 minutes out, and 2 hours AFTER the 2-4 pm window, the guys finally arrived. They immediately started apologizing, telling me why they were late, etc. And they mentioned that my job didn't show up on their roster until 4:00! I had emailed the company at 10:15 am and gotten a confirmation of the job via email by 10:30 am. I'll admit when they got there, I was pretty rude to them. I asked them to stop apologizing, stop talking and just get the job done so I could get out of there. I had been sitting in an empty house waiting for them for 4.5 hours already, had missed my 6:00 dinner date, and just wanted to get this done so I could leave. Once the guys got there and got started, they were great. That's the ONLY reason I'm not giving this company an F right now. They got everything out in less than 25 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. They did give me a discount, waiving the freon charge (that I was never informed of in the first place anyway, even though I specifically put FREEZER on the list of things to be removed), and giving me another $20 or so off. The driver told me that he wanted to do this job for free because of all of the hassle, but he wasn't allowed to. Based on everything that had gone on, I would have expected more of a discount honestly. But again, since I had to have the job done that day, and I just wanted them out of there, I accepted what they gave me so I could just leave. I don't think the entire problem here lies with the guys in the truck, although like I told them, and Karen, if someone would have called me at 3:00 or even 3:30 and told me they were running late, I would have been a little less ticked off. The fact that I had to call the main number TWICE ticked me off. There seems to be a severe lack of communication in this company, especially given that the driver told me that he didn't even know about my job until 4 pm. I'm gathering they switched trucks on me, giving me one that seemed to be closer to my location given the extreme lateness. The main reason I used this company in the first place was because I had used them before and they were great. Their prices are better than the competition, which is why I would use them in the future as well. But something needs to be done about the communication - both internally and to the customer. If the job did not have to be done that day, I would have canceled the appointment and rescheduled it.

That service worked out pretty good. We spent $300 more than the Big Deal price because there was a lot more there than we initially thought. They were on time.

We called these guys about three weeks before our house sale closed. They came back several times, and each time they were great. They packed as much as they possibly could onto each truck, as this company charges by the truck load. The crew members were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased Big Deal with provided, very easy to schedule showed up promptly. Very quick to remove and load items they were taking and provided reasonable price as the amount to be removed was more then what was covered with the deal. Would definately use again to remove waste from any future projects.

They were excellent to work with. They were careful and were able to get a huge amount on the truck. They were able to get an old couch from a 3rd floor. There were 2 men here doing the work and it took a couple of hours to get the job done.

They were hard-working, polite, and accommodating.

The "deal" is essentially a hook that gets you to set up a date - but the amount of junk that it covers is truly minimal. Any job will turn out to be much more expensive than the original deal. I think I would use them again if the deal was actually a reasonible "discount" on the entire job. Maybe 20% or so of the total.

DID NOT SCRATCH THE WALLS GETTING THE REFRIGERTOR OUT OF THE BASEMENT,AS MOST PEOPLE DO, AND OUT THE NARROW DOORWAY. IT WAS VERY HEAVY, AND I WAS IMPRESSED.

They cleaned out my daughter's basement. We pointed to what needed to be hauled away and they took it all.

Their costs were less expensive than another company I checked into. After purchasing the deal, I called them and they were able to come within a week. Two men came for the job and they arrived on time. They cleaned up everything, swept my basement, and were professional. It was great!

It was an awesome experience. Well worth the money! We only went thru the stuff and put it to the center of the basement or each room and they did the rest in terms of the lifting and carrying it up the stairs and out the front door to their truck. The men were fast and careful about keeping the floors clean and not hitting the walls and not wasting time!!! They were the hallmark of professional! I wish all people who would come to my home would be so respectful.

Spectacular experience from beginning to end, Scott was incredibly nice and even when I had to reschedule, fantastic. 2 men arrived on time, with a 20 notice call before hand, uniformed, incredibly descriptive of cost before loading, very polite and professional, and explained how many of the items would be disposed of (mattresses to dog shelter, etc.). One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, I have already recommended them to 2 neighbors.

Purchased the big deal for $59.00 to have items hauled away. I called and set up a time for them to come out. The morning they were scheduled to come out, they called when they were 30 minutes away. They backed up the truck and hauled everything I pointed to. After they were finished, they even raked and swept the garage out. Both men were very nice, and professional. I will definitely call 1-800-Declutter again in the future.
