Great service! The guys are professional, personable and deliver what they promise! It is so liberating to get rid of old junk, they will take anything! you just stand there point and it's gone. They swept up after everything was gone as well. Their pricing is fair, and they are very upfront with you about it from the start. Cant say enough good things!

I requested a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday service but they insisted I'd asked for a Monday. They were rude to me over the phone when I explained I hadn't asked for Monday so I decided to cancel the Big Deal.

They showed up on time, were very professional and got it done in under 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and their apperience was professional. I would hire this company again, the only thing was the price seemed a little high, but when you don't have any help doing these kinds of jobs it is worth the money.

Nick, David, and Alec have been a great help to us in the overwhelming task of clearing out the basement and yard. We had more than the usual accumulation of stuff that just had to go. What impressed me the most is their thoroughness and speed. These guys are fast, but careful. On a personal level, I really appreciated their patience and friendliness. I would definitely recommend their services!

Came promptly and were very efficient. used a dolly and took both pieces out in less than 15 minutes. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous and polite. Would definitely use their service again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

The guys showed up on time and knew what to do. All I had to do was point what was to go and what had to stay. They filled up the truck 4 times over 2 days. They were very sensitive to my needs and asked follow up questions if they were not sure. All of the moving activity generated curiosity from some people in my neighborhood and sone even tried to help themselves to items in the truck and also tried to get into the house when I had to step away. The team lead very politely told them they could not come in. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Most importantly they finished on time and they swept up all the floors. What a relief and a huge help they were to take care of this huge job. I didn't have to lift a finger and I highly recommend them!

I do not know where to begin to describe what a great experience this was. If all companies operated and had employees like Alex and David life would be so much easier. They called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would and were so personable. The job was way bigger than I believe they anticipated so they filled one truck and went and got another. Took everything we needed them to, including a refrigerator, washer and dryer, beds, dressers, etc. At one point I found David scrubbing the carpet because he thought he left a mark on it. I couldn't see anything on the carpet, but was so impressed that he would take the time to do that. The icing on the cake was that they are sending me a receipt for the items that they donate. Would not hesitate to call them again. 15% Angie's discount was great.

Homdid a great job getting the tub out of an enclosed area without tearing up the yard. They also took up a glued down carpet that was very difficult to get up. Very professional and will use them again for sure

This family operated business is a class act. The two man team arrived on-time and took great care in removing the two pieces of furniture with care and patience. The two were professionally dressed and you could tell they take great pride in their work, their business and their commitment to 4 star customer service.

It was very easy to set up an appointment and they showed up on time. Only one person showed up at first and then two more about a half hour later. They removed all the junk out of the house and garage they even swept up including the garage. The 3 men were very friendly and professional. They price according to how much room is taken up in there truck and the price was a little more than expected (I used a 15% off coupon) but it was worth it. I would definitely call on them again.

We could not have asked for a better experience. They're punctual, personable, quick, and really pay attention to what you tell them. Our unfinished basement, in particular, was a complete disaster. We'd just filled it full of stuff for years and years. By the time they finished down there, it was spotless. They even swept the basement floor. I booked 1-800-DeClutter because of all the positive reviews on Angie's List. The 15 percent discount for being a member was a great bonus.

First i bought the big deal in December, and did not get a chance to use until this month, and to my delight this company still honored that purchase. When i called the office, the person that answered the phone was very pleasant to talk to, and showed a genuine enthusiasm to help me set up appt and answer any questions i had. The day of the service I was called 1/2 hour prior to the truck showing up, and they were on time. The two gentlemen that came were very cordial and professional. Two of the items i needed hauled were a sofa, and some carpet padding that were outside in back yard, we major storms that day and they were soaked. When showed the items the guys showed an enthusic we will take care of it. Not sure if i was in their position i would not exhibit a different attitude on my face. I was totally impressed with the service and the attitudes of the workers. I could tell that they loved what they did and wanted my business which they will get more of in the future. It is very hard now a days to find a service company where you felt totally good about using after the service was completed, this company is one of those

They were upfront with the price so you know what you are paying. They base their price on the load you have. I am very happy with them and would use them again.
