We got an email from Angie's list about their half price deal and decided to call them before ordering the coupon because the mower had fuel in it and we weren't sure that they could take it if that was considered "hazardous material". Scott answered the phone and he was super friendly and helpful. He explained in detail what they'd do and that they could take the mower and anything else to fill the space we would be paying for with the coupon. Then we found out he had a truck in our area and could come that morning once we got the coupon code, but in no way was he pressuring us to make the purchase. But we really wanted our garage back so we bought the coupon on Angie's list and called Scott right back with the code and he had his guys out to our house in 20 minutes! They were very friendly and courteous and quick. Great experience all the way around!

I contacted this company to remove clutter at my home and my Mom's on 2 different days. They 2 servicemen came within 2 days of the call in the window of time promised. I showed them what I wished removed and they gave me an estimate which I gladly accepted. They were very friendly, careful of my property and efficient. They even swept up some debris (leaves) left that had accumulated from where I had some items sitting in my garage. The same service held true at my Mother's house. They removed all ot the items much faster than I could have. They dispose of unwanted items picked up by either donations, recycling or the dump depending on the usefulness of the item. This is a highly commendable practice. I'm definitely planning on using them again!I

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The company was easy to contact/schedule via their website/email. They arrived within the stated timeframe, they were professional and efficient, and they neatened and swept my garage when they were finished removing two lawn mowers from it. In addition to the two lawn mowers, they took a treadmill and a mattress/box spring. I wish that all service providers functioned as this one did, and I will definitely use them again.a

I called on Friday and was able to arrange for Saturday pickup which was great! The team arrived on time, were polite and worked to pack the truck as efficiently as possible. We had a few things left as I had underestimated the size of the load, They arranged to get another truck and returned to finish up in a timely fashion. We would use them again for sure. The price was reasonable and the space was swept clean when they finished.

The two gentlemen who showed up at the house were clean and very friendly. They worked efficiently and removed everything that was left in the house. They were also careful to sweep and clean up after the job was completed. I would definitely use 1-800-Declutter again.

They were very professional, they showed up on time, they got the stuff out, and they left. It didn’t take more than a half hour. I would certainly have them back again.

I bought the Angie’s List coupon and I think I paid another $20 on top of that. They did what was advertised. They came and they were on time. They were friendly. I showed them what I wanted to be removed and they took it. I didn’t have any problems.

I had a "big-deal" half price coupon for 1/6th a truck load. I knew I had much more than 1/6th so I was simply using the "big deal" for the discount. I called the company and they scheduled for the next day. Two of their employees came right on time, and then estimated the actual size of my load at around 3/8th. I said "great" and they loaded their truck. The truck was full, full, full (and not just 3/8th) by the time they finished. Regardless - they stuck to the original estimated load and the price that went with it. Did I mention it was around 95 degrees out? They were great - polite, professional, and tidy!

The owner from 1-800-DECLUTTER contacted me right away. They were able to fit me in on the same day. When talking to the owner, I asked him about how much space I would be charged. He was very accurate on his estimate. The guys were prompt. I showed them what I wanted removed, they had no problem getting the items on the truck. They were very friendly, personable, quick and efficient. They even helped me decide on removing more stuff that was under the deck and I still used only what was estimated. It was a very great experience working with these guys. I would recommend them to anyone!

I took advantage of one of Angie's List " Big Deals". One of the items was a large and very heavy treadmill. They were concerned about scratching my walls on the way up from the basement and took an extra 1/2 hour to take the treadmill apart and carry it out in pieces. I was impressed. I also like the idea that they recyle or donate items that they pick-up. I will use them again.

They came the Saturday before to see if it would all fit in one truck. They came back on Monday and did the job thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I was impressed with their hard work and with the fact that they raked the area and you would never have known that anything had been there by the time they left.

the entire process was very easy, to the online scheduling. Nick and David were awesome! They did everything the company says they are going to do. They called 20minutes prior to them showing up. They were professional prompt very friendly. Even though they had to climb 3 flights of stairs they never complained they got right down to business. I was concerned with some of the angles of my hall wall and the items that needed to be removed but they were careful and they swept when they were finished! All you have to do is point and that's it It's gone! I was enjoying all the stuff being removed I had to stop, because I had reached the limit on the truck. They removed paint cans,computer wires old game systems, clothes, A bowling ball,and boxes of I don't know what, carpet remnants, hardwood remnants and more it was so cathartic. My mom is scheduling them to come back for her house.

They were wonderful. I needed to switch the date of pick-up from the originally planned date and they were extremely accomodating. They were right on time, They swept up and cleaned up after which was a bonus. Their price was much better than another company I called and with my Angie's List coupon, it was a great deal. I would definitely use 1-800-declutter again and highly recommend them to anyone.

It was great! They came the day I called after they discovered they had an opening. They were polite and stuck with their upfront price. They broom swept the areas outside and were extremely careful about not damaging my walls or floors for the items they carried up from the basement. Very nice gentlemen, I will use them again.

I will definitely call 1-800-DECLUTTER again for future junk removal. They were prompt, friendly, and did a great job hauling out a variety of stuff that got ruined when our finished basement unexpectedly flooded. They even removed heavy drenched carpeting, in addition to large furniture like couches, a ruined queen size box spring, and a variety of small toys. The stairs to the basement are narrow and they got everything out with no nicks or marks on any walls or corners. I also appreciate the fact that they charge by how much space your junk takes up on their truck, as opposed to hourly. With the current coupon, the discount paid for my membership in Angie's List. Awesome company to do business with.

The beginning was a little uncomfortable as the driver had to relay exactly how much it would cost to have the freezer brought up from my basement, hauled away, and the chemicals in it disposed of properly. Although I had viewed online and estimated appropriate charges from pictures, the cost was higher. However, the cost seemed fair. Two men arrived in the truck, we agreed on the cost, and they carefully removed the freezer from the basement. This wasn't easy as the stairway is standard size but the top of the stairs has a narrow landing and manipulating the freezer was difficult and bit time consuming. The men clearly had experience, negotiated the opening, and removed the freezer with no damage to either the walls, floors, or such. I'm satisfied that they did a very good job.

It was extremely easy to book an appointment (I did it online), and the two men who came called when they were about 15 minutes away. They were on time and very courteous and did an excellent job of removing everything I needed. They even swept up afterward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely hire them again.

The two men who came were punctual, courteous and professional. They moved the items from the garage into their truck and cleaned up the area where the freezer had been located after they moved it.
