I wasn't pleased with the driver who came to my house. He seemed very inconvenience by the amount of stuff I had to remove. Apparently a lot of people were cashing in their Big Deal at one time. When he showed up he acted like he didn't have time to do it, he also explained that he didn't have a partner with him like he normally does. So he didn't do it that day, he came back the next day to do it with a partner. I would tell others to be sure you know how much it's going to cost before you spend. I got the Big Deal thinking that would cover my job and that only covered a fraction of it. They also hit one of our trees. Before they came I told them their drivers needed to be careful of this tree that hangs over our driveway and I told them if they would be careful I would appreciate it and sure enough the guy hit it so that's another strike against them.

Everything about this experience was a pleasure. They were very responsive from the get-go and they were right on time with when they said they would be at my house. Nick was courteous, thorough and fast. I'm not kidding when I say this was probably the best money I have spent in a long time -- I have my garage back! I felt the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely use these guys again.

bought 4 coupons through angies list. nothing was stated in the ad or on the receipt about not being able to use all 4 at once. spoke to live person (scott) several times; the first time - to set the appointment - i specified that i had 4 coupons and wanted to use them before they expired. set the appointment and gave the address of the property we're trying to clear. on the original date (5/29) I called early to confirm the time and gave them the cell number of the person who would meet them at the property. THEY WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND NEVER CALLED THE PERSON WHO WAS WAITING FORM THEM AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. when i leared of this on my lunch break i called scott who did apologize for the mix up, ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I HAVE 4 COUPONS, saying that i was a good customer for that purchase, and rescheduled for the next day. when the crew arrived for pick up THEY REFUSED TO HONOR 3 OF THE 4 COUPONS, MAKING THIS AN EXTREMELY EXPENSEVE DECLUTTING, SINCE THOSE COUPONS EXPIRE TODAY!!!!! i feel screwed - possibly deliberately - since they knew i had 4 coupons, i said i wanted to use 4 coupons, and they refused to accept the 4 coupons. i kept the emails from these transactions and double checked them to be sure i hadn't simply missed something, but i didn't. there is nothing about having to use coupons individually AND IN THE SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS I HAD WITH SCOTT, NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO USE ALL 4 OF THE COUPONS WE BOTH SPOKE ABOUT. it makes no sense to me why would they want to make 4 separate trips to the same property to clear only 1/6 of a load each trip? i'm horribly dissatisfied!

I got them off Angie’s list and I was very unhappy with them. They had some special offer and that is why I used them. They had to take out only three things from my garage and right away the hiked their price. Their offer was for a very little space and I should not have given them extra money. I will never use them again. I would ask others to find out first how many things they would haul for the amount of money.

They showed up within the time window quoted. Were very courteous, quick and thorough. Would definitely use them again.

I ordered an Angie's List big deal from 1-800-declutter. I called and set up an appointment to come out about a week out. I could pick time and day. They have a 2 hour window in which they should come in. They were a little late, but did call within the window to say they were on the way. They arrived I pointed out what I wanted them to take and they were done in an hour. I did pay for more of a truck than what the big deal was for. It so worth it to rid my house of an old TV that was @200 lbs and a ton of paint cans from the previous owners.

They were well organized, quick, neat and efficient and very professional! They called 20 minutes prior to arrival and were so well organized that it only took minutes to go over what was to go and what was to stay. They made excellent suggestions about future work and even took extra things from my basement in addition to the garage stuff. 1-800-DECLUTTER is a company that I will certainly refer my friends to and will be using them again when I clear out the basement for our remodel.

David & Nick called me 20 minutes in advance of their arrival. They arrived promptly at the beginning of the window of service. They quickly estimated the job. They took care with the furniture so that it could be recycled. They were very friendly. After removing some other junk, they swept the area. Everything went very smoothly.

EXCELLENT!!! Better than I had even anticipated. Dave and Nick were so professional and fast! Very upfront and honest about what they will be doing while at your house. They felt like part of the family and made the whole "Declutter" experience great. Organized, efficient, and very well priced. I will definitely be using them again. I didn't have to do anything but "point" to what I wanted removed.

No complaints at all. Will use this company again if needed.

They were great. I had ordered one sixth of a truck but I ended up needed two sixth, so they told me that it would cost me an extra $50, and I said fine because they took everything. It was all ready for them, but still they did a wonderful job. It had computers printers, clothing, papers, boxes and everything. They came out when they said they were going to come. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

Awesome, my tenant said to give them an A+! He was very impressed with them!

I signed onto a big deal as an opportunity to get rid of some items in my basement that have been here since I bought the place 20+ years ago. The truck arrived on time, and the 3-man crew cheerfully tackled the removal of two old workbenches (which required breaking up to get out the door) and a chest of drawers from my basement -- and several other garbage bags of assorted waste. They also removed some old wooden pieces behind my shed left over from a landscaping project several years ago. They let me know they'd sweep up after they removed the stuff, which I told them wasn't necessary; they did it anyway. And even though there was nothing to remove from my garage, they also swept it out for me. Very cheerful crew -- will definitely hire them again if I have a major decluttering project!

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and explained everything in detail. Two men came to the house, removed specific items in a timely manner and swept afterwards. The door had to be removed and items had to be dismantled. Door replaced and job completed with care. I will use them again without question. Thanks alot for everything.

Wow. Great experience! I had bought a one of the deals in August that was about to expire and when I called on Thursday I was able to get scheduled for the following Saturday. Very professional- Nick and David called to let me know when they would arrive. On time and wearing uniforms. They even took their shoes off before they came in. I just had a couple of things to be removed, but they got those out and even swept up the area for me.They explained how the charges worked with the coupon and were very professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again

My basement flooded with over 6 inches of water when our sump pump pipe burst. My unfinished basement was filled with so many items you could barely walk through. Of course, the water ruined everything on the floor, and everything stored in boxes, and also carpeting and furniture. It was overwhelming to think how I would ever get it cleaned up. I was afraid of mold growing, so I made my 1-800-DeClutter appt online on friday night,the day of the flood. I made the appt for Saturday. There were no extra charges for having work done on a Saturday. David and Nick called about 30 mins before they got to my place. They came out and were prompt and courteous. It was a terrible job to have to do, especially since all the items were water logged which made them much heavier then normal. There was still over 1/4 inch of water on the floor in many areas and the carpet and area rugs were soaked. The crew never complained or stopped working. I didnt think they would be able to take everything, but I just pointed, and they said, "yes"! Amazing! I couldn't believe they could load a truck so quickly. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They were at my house just over 2 hours. They even swept up the floors and helped dry the floors with big fans, moving them as needed, and carrying them to the basement in the first place for me. The crew went above and beyond to get my basement flood situation under control for me, and I am so happy that I called them. It was definitely money well spent. I will use them again when I have other clutter and stuff to get rid of!

They squeezed me in at the last moment and were able to come out on the only day I was available that week. My only "complaint" is that the guys who drove got lost and they didn't call me to ask directions. They were almost an hour late because of it. They were very apologetic, moved quickly and were very nice. They were also $49 cheaper than 1-800-GOT-JUNK.

These guys are the best! They called as promised, arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They were worth every penny and I plan to use them again in the near future. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is the 2nd time I've used 1-800-Declutter. This was a very tight squeeze to get the refrigerator up the stairs and negotiate a turn in the stairway. They were careful not to damage the painted walls or carpeting. I've been very pleased with them both times I've used them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The crew from1800declutter were great. They were thoughtful, personable, and efficient. They removed a bunch of stuff left in my garage and basement from a previous owner of the home.

My husband has a hard time letting go of anything - because we might need it someday. David and Nick made the experience as positive and comfortable as possible! I had just had a bad experience with another Angie's List provider, and this company restored my belief of the phrase "great customer service" - wonderful attitude, willing to work with us, pleasant and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. AND my husband is still speaking to me! :)

Nick and David showed up right on time. They were clean, neat, friendly, and very easy to work with. They removed 20 years of accumlated stuff from my house. They took everything. It is truly just point to it and it goes away. I also liked the fact that they take the stuff to their facility where they separate the load so they can donate, recycle, and trash the various items. My job took two full truckloads to complete. It only took them 6 hours to do the job. I am very pleased!!!

I had an old couch and recliner that I needed out of my house. I am injured and not able to do heavy lifting like this myself. David and his men at 1-800-DECLUTTER were so nice and helpful. They gave me a deal that was much lower than anybody else in the city. I called almost every company I could find but 1-800-DECLUTTER had the best prices. After booking my appointment online I got a call confirmation and they came the next day. Very fast and courteous.

It started good and finnish the same. Thats the story from start to finnish.
