Great. Gentlemen were friendly and hard working. They took all my junk in a quick amount of time. They arrived when they said they would.

I called in the morning and they arrived before noon. Great service and we will definitely use them again.

They were great! The arrived on time, were friendly and carried everything out from under the porch and basement in about an hour and a half. It was a dirty job but they didn't seem to mind. Part of the ceiling had fallen in the room under the porch and the swept all that up and carried it out.

Everyone I dealt with was exceedingly polite and friendly. I was quoted a ballpark price over the phone for removing the hot tub and was told that labor was included. When the two gentlemen arrived, they told me a more accurate estimate based on the size. But once they started dismantling it, they realized it was a beast that would take well over a half day labor. They increased the price substantially, but got approval and I still thought it was fair. They even had to bring in additional guys to help, but stuck with their max quote. They ended up not having room for the additional items, but agreed to pick them up in the next few days. I did have to call back a couple times to remind them to pick up the items, but they were extremely apologetic and eventually got it taken care of.

Very pleased with the work. We were given an accurate estimate, the team of four with two trucks arrived within the given time-frame, gave a call before they actually arrived, was very professional and pleasant (this is hard work on a hot day), and left both locations well swept. This firm offers a better value than other advertised junk removal companies.

(I was, and appreciated the call.) They arrived (and apologized) I showed them the concrete chunk and pole that I needed removed. They quoted me the price and I agreed. They picked it up and put it on their truck and they were done. Super easy, very nice and personable representatives. Wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed. Their prices were less than the other junk removal companies, but from the service level the provide I would not consider them a budget level provider. They were great.

They were absolutely fabulous. They had identification and were very professional. They also had the apple pay on the phone which made the process very easy.

The first time I scheduled this service for my house, I had an emergency come up at the scheduled appointment. They were very understanding and happy to reschedule my appointment. They gave me a two hour window and called 30 minutes before they arrived. They were courteous and professional. When they arrived, they explained pricing and asked if I wanted to proceed with service. I gave them the thumbs up and they began. They moved quickly and efficiently, and were able to fill up an entire truck in two hours. After they loaded up the truck, they swept the entire garage. They focused on every little detail, making sure they got even the smallest nail. This attention to detail was the same even when they swept. My garage looked immaculate when they were done. Once they were done, they gave me the best pricing and applied a great coupon. The second instance was at my condo building. It is a 125yr old building that has seen a lot of conversions. The owners have treated the storage area as their personal dumping area and the clutter was just impossible to stand anymore. The guys were super flexible and even though I couldn't be there, they did the job. They used the lockbox and followed the directions to a tee. They cleaned a 100yr old mess and when they had questions, they called me instead of taking it on themselves and possibly making a mistake. I love their attention to detail and professionalism. I've never worked with a company in the junk removal category that was as professional, well priced, and courteous.

Guys called ahead, and showed up when they said My wife and I told them all the stuff we wanted to move (mostly, because there was so much junk buried). As they went along they kept us up to date on how much of the truck was filling up, and advised how what our options were. We ended up going with a full truck load, and I couldn't be happier. They packed every nook and cranny of that truck to get it all on there. After that they picked up and swept up, using their own brooms and garbage can. The two guys were incredibly nice and helpful, and very professional. I would highly advise anyone who is even remotely thinking of clearing out junk in their garage, basement, etc, to call and have them come out to do it. it was worth every penny to me, and couldn't have been two nicer guys I'd want to spend my money on. Nick and David did a great job. They called to let me know they were on the way, arrived and went right to work carrying things from the basement and garage to the truck. I had purchased a coupon from Angie's List for $199.00 and it worked out to be exactly the right amount of space in the truck. I'm very happy to get rid of unwanted stuff and would definitely use their service again. They were very good to work with and cleaned up after. I will tell others and call them again!

Nick & David removed: Clutter from basement, electronic equipment, old widescreen rear projection TV, Grandfather Clock. All the clutter took up 1/2 of their truck and cleaned up after themselves. They calculated the most economical pricing for us. $50.00 off or % off coupon The % off was the most economical for us. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Very good. Easy to schedule and they arrived on time. The two men were very professional and moved furniture and junk out of house without damage to walls, etc. They packed and cleaned up a very messy basement, as well as haul furniture down from the second floor of the house. We didn't have to do a thing except answer an occasional question. Very good experience. We are hiring them again in a couple of weeks to clean out a garage.

He was very nice and contacted me right back. He explained everything in detail. The price plan was very accommodating and they gave us a fair deal.

They came right when they said they would. They cost us extra because I think we were a little confused on how it was priced and that was by how much space we used or some sorts but they did a very nice job and took everything we wanted. I used them about 5 years a go. It's been a long time. The service was very nice. They took every thing, it was heavy things we could not pick up and they took it. We were a little confused on the price because it was a special that was advertised and I think we ended up paying extra because of that big heavy thing or something that we had that was larger than they had expected because of space but that wasn't there problem. It was fine and we were delighted with what they did. That would have been the only vaguely downside to it. Nothing bad that I could say about them. They were very nice and very polite. We would use them again we were satisfied.

The service was excellent from their responsiveness to my first contact, to driving away. The two gentlemen were professional, respectful, and just really nice people. There is no obligation until a price is agreed on, and they beat the competitors. As empty nesters, and cleaning out the house and preparing for retirement, this service and the men completing it were a breath of fresh air, just like doing business with a small town cordiality. First, let me say that I would only use 1-800-declutter for my hauling needs. We arrived at a price of 375 dollars which was about one third the price of the competition (one thousand dollars). Further, the brothers (Davidand Nick), were just about the nicest bunch of guys you could meet pleasant, funny, careful, and respectful ( of both me and my property). They turned around a stressful situation for me, and I remain very grateful.
