They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We had a lot of things to be disposed of including chunks of concrete blocks. They took everything!

Scott gave me a rough estimate on the phone and let me know that the employees that came out would give me a firm estimate. Snow/traffic caused late arrival, but Scott had called to let me know what was going on and gave me a new ETA. The guys introduced themselves, got the overview and went to work in the snow. They cut apart a large wooden clubhouse/swingset and loaded it on to the truck. They took apart the remaining trampoline frame that I could not budge, cut the metal posts below grade and hauled it all away along with an old gas grill. They were here for 1 1/2 hours and I used an Angie's List coupon for 15% off. I would definitely use them again. I'm ready to plant grass.

From the time I contacted DeClutter to haul the items they were professional and accomodating. They agreed to collect the items if I provided the locations.; which, I did not expect. I was not home during the pick up but they called me immediately after the service. The explained what they did and sent me before and after photos. They even swept the area of debris. Great experience!

I used them, and I thought the service was good, prompt, and timely and they got rid of what we needed to. They conducted themselves in a professional manner. In the end, they said I went over the limit by a few square feet and had to walk up the price from the original coupon was ($65 for $129 worth of junk removal).

I had about 1/3 of a trucks worth of items located in the garage to be picked up. I called to set up a a time for pickup and scheduled it less than a week away. They called 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very efficient and friendly. They swept the area where the items were being held plus some surrounding area that had some debris in it.This was not the first time I used them and their service has always been fast, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

They did a very good job cleaning up a large pile of renovation debris. The cost seemed high but that's likely just because it's expensive for them to dispose of the stuff in this area. I moved from a different state where I could have rented a truck from Home Depot and taken several loads to the dump and paid $200 maximum for everything including the truck rental- so the approx $650 I spent seemed a little high but I needed it done fast, which they did cleanly and courteously. In the future if I had the time I would try to do it myself for less money, but if you need it done quickly and/or you don't want to get your hands dirty or you know for a fact it's very expensive to dispose of refuse in northern KY/Cincy, then these guys are the way to go.

The DeClutter guys were prompt, friendly and efficient. They asked questions about what should and should not be removed, but worked very efficiently. I will definitely use them again when we get around to cleaning out the basement.

1-800-DECLUTTER is the best junk removal service in the area. I have used their competitors before but no longer. I have used them twice in 1 year and will be calling them out again in the next couple of months. First, they arrive on-time and give a courtesy call before they arrive. Secondly, they get the job done without complaint and they are extremely friendly while doing it. They also do not charge extra for electronic items like their main competitor does. Thirdly, their prices are less than their main competitors for a much better experience. I think the coolest benefit is 1-800-DECLUTTER cleans up the area where the junk was. The first time I used them was to clean-out some junk from my old place after a move. They swept up my garage for free. It wasn't a one-time thing, they will sweep up the area where the junk was. Sweeping-out my garage because that's where the junk was, stunned me. Finally, they're modern. When I used their competitor, I had to write a check. When I used 1-800-DECLUTTER, they coudl accept credit cards because they had the credit card swiping bug in their phone. They are just a better service, for a better price, with a better experience. I can't say enough good things about them.

Two gentleman arrived on time for the appointment. They were so great about getting the items from the basement and even helped me sort through some things. They worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with. They got everything I wanted them to take that day but I'm planning on calling them back in the future to help with other items.

They were really good when we had them clean out a space that had some memorabilia. I was really happy that they did not destroy a football we wanted to keep. They took everything we wanted them to.

They come to your house and clean out anything that you need done. They will help organize and clean everything out; like a garage or basement. They take things out and donate things. I really like them; they are a wonderful business.

I spoke with Scott on the telephone and he was eager to schedule a time that worked for me. He was patient and nice to work with. The men were a litttle late but Scott was on top of that after I contacted him. The men were extremely nice and professional. They were efficient and helpful. They spent much more time with me than was originally planned and they were very pleasant about it. I recommend the company. It was worth the money.

They did a terrific job. I am disabled, and they really mean it when they say you just have to point and they will do the rest. I was able to sit there and tell them what to take. Before they took anything they had me verify that I wanted it to go. They were very polite and respectful. It was a two man crew that come to our home and they insisted on sweeping up after they were done moving everything into the truck. A very professional job that I am very please with. I plan on having them out again to take some more things from the basement.

Everything went well. They came on time and quickly loaded up 4 mattress sets to be hauled away.

They arrived just as scheduled. I decided to add to the amount originally purchased and there was no problem negotiating a total. I am going to be calling them again later in the year when I move. The men were very polite, hard working, and I ended up happier than I thought I would be because so much more was accomplished than I had planned.

I didn't know that it was going to be $100. I found out that it was their lowest price. I didn't know that until they got here. The quoted me a previous price and I said it was too much and they changed it to $100. They were very professional.

Attitude appeared to be a problem. Did not appear to accept constructive criticism.

They are very professional and polite. Insisted I not help, even tho I was willing to do that. Swept and cleaned up areas that they removed items from. Have used them before and will continue to use them.

They arrived, checked out the refrigerator, and provided the cost. Because it was old, there were coolant issues. They were careful when bringing it upstairs from our basement. The clearance wasn't great and they were very careful not to hit walls, etc. They did a very good job. I would use them again for items I am unable to move myself.

Excellent job. They were very prompt and accommodating. Needed the empty house completely cleaned out prior to sale. They removed everything and cleaned up well. They also took up wall-to-wall carpeting which was laid over hardwood floors. They were very careful about not damaging the floors. Job was very tedious because of hundreds of staples, but they did it all well.

They were punctual and very courteous. They gave us a good idea of how much it would cost to clean out our basement when we are ready. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and were very careful not to scratch or mark the hardwood floors in the family room and hallways. They were very patient. They put coverings over their shoes so they would not dirty the carpet in the house.

This is the 3rd time I have used 1-800 Declutter. I contacted them on 12/10/12 and they were able to get a truck to me the very next day. Nick and Steven arrived as promised on 12/11/12 and made prompt work of removing some yard waste and then a large amount of carpet that we had ripped out of a room that was going to be remodeled. They were pleasant and friendly and worked diligently to remove everything I wanted to be taken away. They have always done good work and I would recommend them to everyone.

We needed a dumpster large enough to handle our debris (construction materials) etc., but could still be placed in a spot convenient for easy loading. 1-800-DECLUTTER offers that match.
