 + -1 moreThey did a good job. They were a little late getting to us because they had to go and empty their truck. It was a good thing they did because we had a full truck load and the two guys who came out worked very hard and were nice about it. We wanted to jump in and help but they said that they were here to do it for us. They guided us with what we could do and were very courteous. They asked us a lot of questions about things I needed and wanted to get rid of. They did it quick and got it all done.
Description of Work: We used 1-800-Deculatter while clearing our house for hauling all the things.

 + 1 moreThey called ahead, they were on time, friendly ,professional, and because there was more than we all thought they re- arranged their day to complete the job. I loved these people everyone I came into contact with were so customer service oriented. Great experience all the way around. Will speak highly of them to anyone who will listen.
Description of Work: They cleared off a huge deck, my daughters 2 play rooms,stuff from the computer room, old excerise equipment, And the garage. There was trash,items for donation and just junk.

They tackled a huge job that I thought would take all day, filled one whole truck and 5/8ths of another with junk that had accumulated over many years in our full basement, swept up, and were gone in less than two hours. Best of all they are on time, friendly, easy to work with, and fun to be around. They turned an ugly chore into a pleasant experience for all of us. I will hire them again and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

They hauled out a whole truck full of heavy dirty junk from my basement. Up and down my stairs with no issue, it was Heavy stuff like exercise equipment, books, furniture and anything I asked. David and Nick were both very professional, friendly, and helpful; I am so happy with the results and highly recommend them, just nice guys! I plan to use them again in the future.

 + 0 moreI bought the $127 for $159 BuyNow from Angie's List. I called them on a Thursday and easily made an appointment. They gave me an a.m. appointment for the following Monday at my request. They called 20 minutes ahead of their arrival time to confirm and they arrived promptly. I showed them the things they needed to remove and they gave me an estimate of $329 total for all of it. I have 2 air conditioners and one dehumidifier which normally would have been $20 each each for the freon charge, but he charged me $40 for all 3. They also removed a mattress and box spring plus an entertainment center and lots of junk. It was 3/8 of their truck. David and Mike did the work. It took them a little over an hour and it was hard work. They swept each area after removing the items. They were very polite and worked hard. Easy to work with. My total cost was $329 - the $159 coupon (that I paid $127 for).
Description of Work: They removed unwanted items from my basement and my 3rd floor.

 + -1 moreI called 1-800-Declutter to haul away several items in my basement; an old couch,a large ping pong table, an old dryer, an old laundry cabinet, part of an old desk, two old medium sized living room chairs, and two medium sized chest of drawers. I had never used 1-800-Declutter before so when I pointed to all the things I wanted removed I was shocked that the cost was well under my budget, so much under my budget in fact that I added more items and was even still well under what I had planned on spending. David and Micheal were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely use 1-800-Declutter again!

 + -1 moreI hired another Angie's List service to replace my garage door and needed to get my garage cleaned out before they came. A friend mentioned they used 1-800-DECLUTTER and I saw that there were good reviews and coupons available so I scheduled the service on-line. It was very quick and easy and confirmed through email. The team called about 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the allotted time window I had scheduled. The team they sent - David and Nick were great. It was dirty, dusty and hot in the garage and storage area and they worked efficiently, pointed out things that had been in storage that I might want to take a second look at, were extremely pleasant and took obvious pride in their work. They were careful to separate the things they thought could be donated or recycled and they completely swept and cleaned up both areas. They exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect to have a full truck so I also appreciated having the Angie's list 15% off coupon which made a nice dent in the total. Overall it was a great experience and if I ever get organized to do the basement I will definitely have them back!

Description of Work: I had a 10'X12' shed I wanted removed from my property as well as two large loads of brush, tree limbs, plants, and several landscaping timbers. I called Scott at the 1-800 office and received a quick response. He asked me to send some pictures of the shed and debris via e-mail which I did. He called me back promptly and scheduled a truck to be at my property the following day. The two men that showed up on time were personable and very professional. They went directly to work and took down the shed and the debris around it. The truck was packed very tight as to get every ounce of debris that would fit on it. I was aware that I might need another truck for the rest of the debris and I was made aware of this earlier. I was okay with this as after seeing how professionally packed the truck was loaded the first trip I was more than willing to go a second round. The price quoted was what I was billed no hidden charges and I was given a $40.00 discount on not only the first load but the second one also. I cannot compliment the two men who removed the debris. They were very hard workers who obviously knew what they were doing. I enjoyed talking with them while they worked. They were on time, polite, courteous, cleaned up the area to a better state than when they arrived. I was THRILLED to get rid of so much junk for that price (a little over $900.00 for both loads) it was a steal. I HIGHLY recommend this service and will be sure to use them again if the need arises. I also recommend them to other home owners looking to get rid of unwanted items or refuse. Great job 1-800 DECLUTTER!!!!!
