I am so happy! They literally just got done working at my house. I have use other JUNK removal guys but these guys are awesome!! The actually pack the truck FULL. They are so much cheaper than the other JUNK guys. They got a ton of stuff in one truck load, where the other guys would have used at least 2 truck loads. I would HIGHLY recommend 1-800-DECLUTTER! I will use them again!! Thank you guys so much!

Scheduling was a breeze! They sent a truck within a few hours. The guys were quick, courteous, and professional - not in a "my boss told me to tell you we appreciate your business" kind of way ~ just genuinely nice guys. Couldn't have had a better experience. Top notch customer service! Recommend all the way!

Everything from initial contact with the firm right on through the service, this company was great. Returned emails, returned calls, let me know when the crew was en route, showed up when they said they would (they apologized for running a bit late but in my mind their arrival time met expectations in the "window" I had selected), and gave me a solid quote by eyeballing the job right in advance of getting started. These folks provide an invaluable service with cordiality and efficiency. They put up with a big variety of clutter, much of it heavy and unwieldy, lots of access problems (it's just not easy to haul stuff from my basement to a truck in the driveway) and two noisy, big dogs. I thought they charged very reasonably and was so impressed with their nice manners. They even cleaned up. I highly recommend them and would have them back anytime.

Nick & Alex were extremely professional & personable. We were really impressed. After they removed everything, they swept the whole basement. It looked awesome. Then, when we were paying Nick, Alex swept our garage. That was not even one of the areas to be serviced! We felt they went above & beyond the service we expected & are thrilled to finally have our basement look so good.

The 2 men were very professional and did a great job. It took about 1 1/2 hours to load a small truck which was full when the job was completed. I just pointed to items and they removed them for us. It was easy and the job was well done.

I have used this company twice. Both times the service was excellent. The crews and office staff were friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future. The Big Deal makes the service even better.

This provider was prompt and friendly. They explained the process to us, we got a sense of how much we could dispose of. They worked together well and were done in a very short period of time.

They were great! I showed them what I wanted removed and they took them. No hidden fees! I have used the than other company and they did charge me extra for various electronic item removal. I did have more trash than the coupon covered but the price was still good. I would surely use this company again.

They were professional and efficient

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. I used it right after I purchased the Big Deal. I paid an additional $50. They went all over my house to get the stuff to take to their truck. The guys were really great.

It was excellent!! They are very prompt, professional & efficient.

They were there exactly at 4pm as promised, quickly began. He reviewed what I wanted out and preceded to load truck with the largest items first. He even tucked the TVs into the armoire so I would have more room in truck. Very fast and professional. Even swept up afterwards. Would use again.

It went okay. An eigth of a truck isn't alot so I had to pay more than the deal allowed.

The only thing my GREAT DEAL-PRE PAID would get me was the removal of the frig.and it would be extra for removing the freon. Then I needed to pay for the grill extra and pay for the chairs extra.

The work was fine and they were punctual. They even cleaned up after the work. They said that I had more clutter than was specified in the Big Deal and I ended up paying some additional costs. The work that they did was fine.

Everything turned out fine. They removed some junk. The guys were nice but they were trying to get me to do more then I paid for.

The beginning of the inquiry actually didn't go well as I submitted online and received a message that came across as being immediately confirmed for an appointment. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from the company and that's where the experience changed - the gentleman was professional, flexible and informative. After discussing pricing, I found them to be nearly $100 cheaper than two other options I had investigated. The container was delivered the next day and the delivery person (I believe his name was David) was just an all-around great guy. The use of technology was also an added perk for payment and receipt delivery. Lastly, they were very flexible with the pick-up date. Overall, if you are looking for the best-priced and professional dumpster/container company, I would not hesitate in recommending them.

It was fine. They charged me an additional amount because that was only to cover specific portion of the truck and what I had was more than that. They were quite responsive, they came and they answered my phone calls right away. They made the appointment right away and they did everything very quickly

Great, this crew was extremely courteous and right on time. I booked the appointment online Sunday evening and they were there the next morning at 9:15. They called to say they were running early...piece of cake!

It was fine. I felt that I had a minimal amount I know when they first came out it would be more than that in fact the guy said to me that usually people sale it is only this much so won't get there much more so I know that it was probably didn't in anyway meet the standards of what it was the maximum amount that I could have had and I felt I ended up letting them there were some stones and rocks and he said you really should get these removed and this will be this much anyway I ended up having them also remove some stones, big rocks and stuff with of course with an added cost, but my gut feeling okay, were out here and what we usually do is get out more than the minimum so we make money on it. We are not going to make any money on that deal so they need to find something else to sort of make it worth a while. I was satisfied that they did haul away the material for that price and they were fine about doing that. I just sort didn't appreciate the fact that I felt that they were pushing me to do more and actually I am angry with myself for relenting and letting them do some of that because I got the definite impression that I already didn't have enough to meet maximum standards for that so that leaves a bad taste in my mouth although the service was fine and I felt like I did get a good deal for that, but may not use them again because of the fact that I felt that they pushed me to do more than I had intended and that is my gut feeling and the reason they did that is because they wanted to make any money off of it and that was their plan to get into some place and ending up costing more than whatever I paid for the big deal. When they removed the extra stones there were extra charges then.

Well done. On time, efficient and careful with bulky item. Additional fee for oversize TV but discussed and agreed to in advance.

I thought that they did a great job. They were a little bit late, but they had a bad phone number (my fault for not changing it on my profile) and couldn't call me to let me know they were on the way. I called the office and was assured that they were coming. When the guys arrived, they had me walk them through the house and show them what I wanted taken. It was pretty clear to me that I had way more than 1/8 of the truck--and to them as well. They showed me the price list and we talked about how to proceed. It ended up costing me another $400 dollars, but it was worth it because it would have taken me months to clear out what took them less than three hours. The only bad moment was when they were clearing out some items from a bedroom and started taking things I had not pointed to (and had specifically said were to stay). I had a few crates that I wasn't sure my son had looked through that ended up on the truck. As soon as I noticed that one of those boxes was coming downstairs, I stopped them and asked them to bring one box back in while I called my son to clarify whether it was ok to get rid of the stuff. He was fine with it, so thankfully we didn't have to dive into the truck for anything. In retrospect I wished I had marked those items or put them in a different room. However, in my attic I also delineated what went and what stayed and everything was done correctly, so I'm not sure why the confusion occurred in the bedroom. Other than that, I was very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves and packed the truck very efficiently to fit in as much as possible.
