"1-800-declutter" is well represented by the professionals who removed clutter from our garage. They were helpful, courteous, informational, and I will not hesitate to contact them again. I highly recommend this company.

I wish there was an A++ category. This company was top of the line from start to finish. From the phone call to book the appointment (the office manager is friendly and tends to all your questions and needs right away) until the truck pulled out of my driveway 1-800-Declutter went above and beyond any of my expectations. I received a call from the company when they were approximately 30 minutes away letting me know to expect them. When the gentlemen (Alex and Nick) got there, I showed them my clutter (old sectional couch, tvs, dining room table and chairs and much much more) and they told me to just point and relax and they would do all the rest. I honestly thought there was no way they could fit all my items on their truck. Boy, was I wrong, Alex and Nick got to work right away and had that truck loaded and ready to go in no time. Not only that, but they managed to bring a smile to my 3 year olds face with their friendly talk and attention. Once the items were loaded, they event swept out my garage. This company was first class all the way. Their prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding. I will hire them time and time again (as a matter of fact, I have them coming back for another job next week). If you have clutter to be removed, you can stop searching for the right company, you will find none better than 1-800-Declutter.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was great. They did come late however they called. They moved things for me that I needed moved in order to get to the clutter. I had more clutter than I had bought the coupon for so they told me how much if I would like them to take that away, the extra clutter. They even offered me a lower price on that. I did decide to do that. I didn't know how much room my original pile of clutter would take up on the truck. They even swept my basement when they left which was unnecessary but was very nice.

Excellent from start to finish. Scott took my call and gave me a price over the phone based on the measurements. We scheduled the hauling with my schedule in mind, on time arrival of two man professional crew, Nick was polite, careful of my grass, quick ( done in 5 minutes) and cleaned up the site after removal. WOW, these guys are good. Also later that evening received a follow up call from Scott thanking me for the work and checking on the job satisfaction, who does that anymore? GREAT JOB

I was very satisfied. They were professional and arrived on time. They were also very neat and did a terrific clean up when they left.

It went very well. My only complaints are that I had to call twice. I needed someone to come out somewhat quickly, so I was not able to wait for them to contact me. Once I did speak with the correct person, they were able to come out the next day. They are super friendly and professional. Overall I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

The 1-800-DECLUTTER team was excellent. They explained that the costs of their services are based on the amount of the truck that you need for the items you want hauled away. Both jobs were completed quickly and without any problems. The two man crew even cleaned up the areas after they removed the items and loaded them on the truck. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.

A+ - My fiancé had a lot of old items from the basement - junk, an old dryer, some old computer monitors, an old ruined mattress, etc. We got a quote from the 800-junk company and it was significantly more cost for less truck space. The person we spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, worked hard to fit us in the same day, worked hard to help me understand how much cubic space we would need and give us a fair price. He was great. The men who came to remove the items were also extremely professional and nice - they loaded up the truck and even through in some yard waste we had onsite. The price was right in the middle of the range quoted (until they see your things in person they don't know for sure how much of the space it takes up). I 100 percent recommend this company. Fair, professional, nice people - definitely will use again in the future.

They picked up carpet/padding that I ripped out of a couple of rooms rolled them up nicely and they charged me an additional $40. I should have just put it out for the garbage man to pick up. I didn't know I could do that until my neighbors told me. They said they wouldn't ever make any money doing it for the $65.00 coupon.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's list that was good for an 8th of a truckload. When I called to set up the appointment, I told the owner how much stuff I had, and he explained that it could be a little extra if it went over an 8th. They called before they arrived, which they said they would, and showed up on time. The additional cost (I had a 6th of a truckload) was only $40 extra, which I thought was honest and very reasonable. The items were quickly removed. Everyone was friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with 1-800-DECLUTTER. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others. The amount of material they took away caused us to spend additional monies, but we knew that going in. They were professional in every aspect. Not only did they pickup, carry and load all of the split rail fencing, which was quite heavy, they cleaned up the area when they finished. They are a great company, and absolutely put their customers first.

Called provider prior to deck tear down to get estimate on how much pick up would cost - was told ball park around $200, but they would need to see the pile to give more accurate quote. Called after deck was tore down for pick up, was told the guy coming out had been doing this for years and is very accurate on estimates. Guy that came out told me 199 with a $50 off coupon. I said okay and he proceeded to load the materials. After the material was loaded, I was told he needed to charge me another $179 dollars because he did not estimate correctly because the "pile was too neatly stacked". I let it be known that I did not think it was very professional to tell me one thing and then proceed to tell me another after everything has been loaded, but felt like I couldn't tell him to unload it all and put it back as neatly as it was stacked before. I contact the company and have not heard anything back from them. Happy the wood is gone, but very un-professional service.

I signed up for an appointment online, which was very easy. I received a call 15 minutes before they were to arrive and they arrived early in the two hour window I had signed up for. Both men were very courteous and conscious about not tracking dirt into the house. They sized up the work I had indicated and gave me an estimate of how much they would fill the truck (you pay by how much room is taken up in the truck). They moved the items quickly and packed up the truck. They swept out the shed they emptied. All in all it was a very good experience.

I have used 1-800-declutter in the past and wanted to use them again. I had ripped down 2 walls of wood paneling from my basement and because it was too much to set out for trash I called 1-800-declutter. Alex and Nick were prompt, very nice and did an excellent job. They swept the basement clean and left my basement looking better than before they showed up. I will definitely use them again.

Very good customer service - good communication in setting up the hauling date, good communication about arrival time, the men were polite and pleasant, they insisted on sweeping up even when I said that they did not have to, and they repeatedly offered to take anything else I might have forgotten to put aside for them. This is a great service and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.
