Everything I asked they did. What surprised me the most is how well they cleaned up after removing the junk. I was planning to spend the rest of the day cleaning up. Great surprise!

The service was excellent, I liked those guys a lot. They were easy to work with, they were very friendly, and personable.

They arrived in he truck. Explained how the pricing was determined by the percentage of truck used. They began picking up the items that I had already separated. They also advised me on some items to choose that would best utilize the truck space. After the were done, they swept the area leaving no debris. I paid them and they seemed glad to utilize my Angie's List coupon/discount, provided a receipt and were on their way. Very polite and professional.

Everything took up about 3 times the space as our deal was for but we were treated fairly for the overage. They were friendly, professional and efficient in what they did and we would use them again.

The service was the same but they charged a little more. I couldn't have more stuff but I was very satisfied with them also. I have to pay forty dollars more.

I had an okay experience with 1-800-DECLUTTER. The Big Deal was only covered an eighth of a truck. It wasn't even a big truck. This was a little stuff. So, an eighth of a truck was maybe about two feet. When they were explaining this to me, that two feet doesn't get you much of anything. So, basically, you're just buying a discount and will end up having more than the eighth. We didn't have them take as much stuff as we thought we were going to get rid of. Their prices were very expensive. Instead of them taking the original stuff we had planned, we just had them take away the stuff that would be too heavy for me to carry away or carry down to the garbage and things like that. Their prices were very expensive. They also charged me more money to take my paint cans away. Originally, they said that they dispose of things, like paint, but they charged me an extra amount. I asked them if there was any way they could take some stuff out for me down to my curb, for the garbage, but they told me anything they touch had to go on the truck. I thought the quality of their work was really good, though.

very polite and professional. very prompt and thorough. I had an angies coupon but it did not cover the size of load I had so the extra was way too much money. but i went ahead and let them take it because i was tired of having the mess in my yard. I will not use them again simply because it is too expensive.

With the steep steps they had to go through there were no dings in the walls or chipped paint. They were very nice, very considerate, they took some things apart so they could get through door.

They swept up and cleaned up well. They were right on time. They were very professional and nice during their appointment. I did not like the up charge I had to pay for moving an Organ. They were very persuasive and they had excuses on why they charge extra for pianos and organs however, I had it all ready to go in the garage for them. I wish I was notified ahead of time.

With a single relatively small item there was a slight delay in scheduling, but this was due to a reasonable effort to group other pick-ups in the same area as I live. On day scheduled they arrived on time. Quick and easy.

Both workers were very friendly and very professional. They even swept the garage floor. They worked very quickly.

Very responsive to my requests. I had to change the dates a couple of times due to weather and they were very willing to work with my schedule. I walked through showed them what to take and they had it loaded and gone in 30 - 45 minutes.

They did a wonderful job. Some negotiation on site was required because I found items in the garage that I did not know where there. But they worked with me and everything I wanted removed was removed. I would definitely use 1-800-Declutter in the future.

From my first phone call to the completion of the work this company was professional and courteous. The two men (Dave and Nick) arrived promptly and insisted on removing their shoes as they were wet from the snow. Their removal of the furniture was done with a lot of care, and concern for my home. Dave and Nick were extremely professional and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. My experience was one of total satisfaction, and I will use this company again. I highly recommend this company.

The workers were very professional. They arrived on time, removed the items that I wanted them to remove and cleaned up very well. I would recommend them for other clean up jobs.

Nick and Alex arrived as scheduled.We went to the basement to determine how much of the truck i might need. Nick explained how the pricing worked and we agreed to go ahead with the job. The guys were very professional,they knew their service and how to explain it in a manner that made my wife and I very comfortable with the process. | The job went smoothly, they worked with us on what was going and what was staying. We pointed out an item and they loaded it, afterwards they swept up the area that was cleared. Great job! It was actually fun cleaning out my basement. I highly recommend 1-800-DECLUTTER.

Great!! The guys from 1-800-Junk were on time and they were friendly. My frist contact was with the owner who scheduled my pick-up and he was helpful in scheduling my appointment. I received excellent service and will use 1-800-Junk in the future.

Be careful of getting charged more than initially agreed on. Get your quotes from them in writing first!

Provider suggested I request a refund, since I cannot use the coupon before expiration date. That is ok with me.

Nick and Alex arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. They kept me informed about how they doing things and took care to make as little mess as possible on a snowy, muddy day!! Before they left, they cleaned my kitchen floor, moved back in place anything they had to move to get everything out the door and the basement was cleaner than it had been in years! Scott, the manager who set everything up for me, was also very friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend DeClutter in Covington to anyone in the Cincinnati area. These kind of companies are expensive but this one did a great job and was well worth it. I plan to use them again soon!!

The experience was wonderful!

They did a good job, but it turned out to be quite expensive. I felt I was a little over charged. They came on time and they were very polite. If I would’ve known it was going to be this expensive I would have looked for someone else. The quality of their work is good for what they do. The scheduling with them was easy. I would have liked to have them get me an estimate of the entire job before it was completed since there was extra cost than what the Big Deal covered.
