Description of Work: I called and asked for an estimate. They explained they do not give estimates. They send 2 men and a truck and tell you whether you have 1/3 truck, 1/2 truck, whole truck, etc. Then if you are interested, they do it right then. It was so easy! I walked around the basement and pointed. They hauled the stuff up the stairs -- including things such as an old refrigerator, heavy boxes, and other miscellaneous stuff. They sorted the things into what was trash, what could be recycled and what was good enough to be donated -- and they took care of it all. I got in the spirit and found more stuff -- they ended up doing the garage too. All in all, it was 3 truck loads! When they have to come back, they schedule another time. They were very prompt both times. After they move the stuff out, they sweep and clean up.

Description of Work: I had such a wonderful experience the first time this company came out I purchased 2 more big deals. When they came the first time they were prompt, professional and the entire job was seamless for me, all I had to do is point and they hauled all the items away. I even mistakenly had an autographed basketball taken away, I was panicked because it meant so much to my son, they located it called me and returned it to me! I have a friend who was in need of the services of hauling junk from an apartment so I gave him one of my coupons and even though the coupons had expired they gave my friend full credit which they did not have to do and they came on Christmas Eve! He was very pleased with their services and so am I, I even wrote about them in the Internet publication examiner.com

Description of Work: Very easy to work with and very professional. They were careful to figure out the shortest way in/out of the house to minimize any potential mess and swept out the garage afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Deal to have clutter removed from my home. They removed a small chest freezer and 2 other items that I can't recall. It cost me about $90 over the "deal" for the 3 items. They were anxious to come and go and I felt like they could have taken quite a bit more by filling in the open spaces around my large items. They really showed no interest in doing that. I think it was my mistake. I have bought two Angie's deals and feel like I was pretty much "fleeced" by both companies. The first one was a locksmith who was supposed to give me a $10 discount and refused to give it to me as he fled the driveway laughing all the way. I wish I could name the company but I'm afraid I might name the wrong one. I am sure Angies has a record of it.. I will be very hesitant to purchase another Angie's deal - so far it has only cost me extra.

Description of Work: This is my second time using this company, and I highly recommend them. They do exactly what they promise, and they are courteous and professional while doing it. They arrive when they promise, and they are just all around a pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: They came into a home that was more than they expected to find. They stayed until the job was finished. They called in extra trucks immediately. They clean up afterwards was excellent. The 3 gentlemen I had were professional and respectful. I will use them again.

Description of Work: My elderly uncle had passed away. In attempts to clean out his apartment, we had a huge couch, several pieces of heavy furniture, about 20 trash bags, and assorted smaller furniture. With the dread of hauling out the trash bags, calling for someone to pick up the furniture. The two guys were efficent, professional and friendly. They got the job in less that an hour. It was worth the money, tthough you get what you pay for, and I did.

Description of Work: They removed 3 truck loads of old furniture and accumulated "stuff" from my basement and garage. Their add says you just point at what you want to go and they take care of the rest. That was absolutely true! They hauled furniture, a refrigerator, file cabinets, and a lot of other things from my basement. They were very organized, courteous and prompt. They cleaned up and swept after they and cleared everything out. They were terrific and I would highly recommend them.
