We specialize in the design and installation of outdoor lighting systems in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. We are not a landscaper, an irrigation company, or a mosquito control company. We are a professional lighting company. It’s our passion, and it’s all we do. From the very beginning, I decided that customer focus and satisfaction were more important than volume. I am proud to say that our company is 100% locally owned and operated. As a result, we have complete control of an extremely high level of product quality and customer service. With more than 2000 lighting designs & installs, we are the highest rated outdoor lighting company in the area. I love to design lighting systems that bring homes, landscapes, and business properties to life after dark. Our installers and service technicians take great pride in the quality of their work, and that shows in customer satisfaction. Nothing makes me feel better than the thank you cards and phone calls from customers pleased with our lighting work. It used to be that the very best companies treated their customers like friends. At Beacon Landscape Lighting, we still practice this proven philosophy. My team and I would love to work with you on your next lighting project. Call me. I will meet with you personally and design a lighting system specifically for your property. That's the Beacon way.
"Joe is a pro, the kind of craftsman you hope to find. Listened to what we wanted, flexible, stayed in touch, showed up when he said he would, great crew, fair pricing. Lights look sweet, work problem-free."

Just a young fella enjoying the out doors with my sons, and truck dog sometimes too. We do tree trimming and removal, firewood processing, and stump grinding. We would be happy to help you keep your trees healthy and your property safe. We strive to accomplish all tasks as though working for the Lord.
"Josh and his team did a very good job of removing my large maple tree. He had to do a lot of climbing to get it down. I was very impressed with his safety measures and climbing techniques. It took a while to get the stump removed. He had to come a few times to get it out and all the roots. I would hire them again."

"My husband and his father spent nearly a month cutting down almost all the trees on our 3-acre property, leaving just a few behind. I recorded the entire process on video. Afterward, we contacted a company to help remove the remaining trees, grind the stumps, cut branches that are hanging around the house and clean up some residential trash including hiring their own dumpster. Their initial quote was $14,500, but my husband thought that was too high, so I negotiated it down to $12,500—and they agreed. They estimated the job would take between two weeks to a month, which seemed reasonable. They also asked if it would be okay to leave the wood on the side after cutting it, and I agreed. They used a machine to mulch the branches and left the smaller debris—like leaves—spread across the property, which we were fine with. The agreement was that they would handle the stump removal, provide a dumpster, cut the branches hanging around the house, cut the remaining trees, and take care of the trash. To help them out, I even paid $1,200 out of pocket for the dumpster so they could make some extra money on the job. Surprisingly, they finished the work in just four days. When I asked about the stumps, they said they planned to use a chemical from Amazon to break them down. That never happened. I followed up several times to express my frustration that this part of the agreement wasn’t completed. Eventually, they admitted the oversight and promised to at least remove the large stumps. I agreed, just to avoid any further conflict. ( they never cut any branches that were hanging around the house and they never removed stump). They keep saying they will come to remove the stump but they never come. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to my calls and texts altogether. I used to recommend this company, but after this experience, I no longer can. We feel taken advantage of. We paid a fair price, were flexible and accommodating, and even went out of our way to support them. Unfortunately, they didn’t hold up their end of the deal—and now they’ve ghosted us"

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.
Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:
Location
Yard size
Project size
Materials
Land preparation
Type of landscaping
Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000.
