Description of Work: He took out a brick outside my house and replace it with a stainless vent and also fill in the crack on my mortar under the front porch.

Description of Work: Beb responded to my request for an estimate very quickly, came out the next day, and did the job the next week, as scheduled. He did a great job with some tuck pointing and chimney crown repair. He also did a small extra job that I sprang on him without batting an eye. Prices were very reasonable - I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Description of Work: Bob cleaned, bleached and repaired the brick window wells of my 91 year old home. He did a wonderful job (as always). I have recommended him and I intend to call him again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Repaired brick steps and reset sandstone steps. Also reinstalled railings. The work was completed in an efficient manner. This is the second time that we have used Thompson's and we are sure we will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired cement in chimney. They did a beautiful job. Two other estimates were $1600 and $2200 and told me the chimney had to be torn completely down and new brick put in. Thompsons looked at bricks which were in excellent repair and did the job to perfection!!

Description of Work: I called twice to try to get an estimate on having my front steps re-built. Once I talked with Mr. Thompson and he said that he would come out and give me an estimate in the next week or so. I did not receive anything for over 2 weeks so called again and left a message with no response.

Description of Work: It took several business days for Bob Thompson to respond from my initial call, there is never anyone who answers the phone, only a voice mail. He eventually came out and looked at the job, (which is an approx. $6,000 brick front step and porch rebuild), and said he would follow up in the next few days with an estimate and pictures of his work. He never followed up and didn't return calls either. Extremely unprofessional and warn against wasting your time with this guy.

Description of Work: He ground out weathered joints, tuckpointed w/ mortar & acrylic, applied new wash and masonry sealer, fixed foundation crack, and sealed all brick work.

Description of Work: THEY COMPLETELY REBUILT OUR CHIMNEY. HE ALSO SPRAYED ALL OUR BRICKS- FOUNDATION/STEPS WITH SEALER AND DID SOME TUCK POINTING ON STEPS. ALSO, HIRED TO DO TUCK POINTING FOR OUR NEIGHBOR AFTER SHE SAW THE GOOD WORK HE DID.
