Description of Work: I'm sad to say that after using PHCS for many years we finally had to sever the relationship with them after they began providing us with less and less consistent service as the months went on. Entire areas of our home were missed multiple times. I followed up with the owner a few times, who apologized and promised the service would improve. It didn't. Most frustratingly, the last time we used them he promised that he would follow up with us to make sure everything went as planned. He didn't. Not only that, we were scheduled for the wrong day and when they did come they somehow forgot to clean our entire laundry room. At this point, we sadly decided that we could not continue the relationship with PHCS. Never did the owner offer to comp us a cleaning, personally see to it that things were done to standard, etc. And this was after over 4 years of business. When I wrote him to let him know how disappointed we were with the cleaning job, he made no attempt to repari the relationship. So we asked for house key back and even then we

Description of Work: EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS, OUR HOUSE LOOKS MUCH BETTER. THE FIRST CLEANING WAS VERY THOROUGH AND COST ABOUT $240. NOW WE HAVE THEM COME EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR $65 PER CLEANING. THEY HAVE BEEN ON TIME AND VERY POLITE.

 + -1 moreAFTER GETTING A QUOTE FROM PROFESSIONAL HOUSECLEANING I ACTUALLY WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY -- WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I WENT BACK TO PROFESSIONAL HOUSECLEANING BECAUSE I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR FOLLOW UP EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THEY HAVE WORKED WITH MY SCHEDULE AND HAVE CUSTOMIZED THEIR WORK TO MEET MY NEEDS AND ALLERGIES. I REALLY LIKE THEM A LOT AND ACTUALLY ASKED THEM IF I COULD ADD THEM TO ANGIES' LIST.
