This company has been cleaning my house for years. Unfortunately their quality of cleaning has dropped in the last year or so, and I frequently have to complain. I need to do some level of cleaning almost every time after they clean, because something is missed or not done very well. Seems like they're always in a hurry...

The young woman who came to clean was polite, efficient and professional. The house looked great when she was done. I would hire this company again. I highly recommend them.

I have to say I believe all of the a ratings are fake. I prepped my home and everything was put away and ready to be cleaned. The girl was here for 4 hours and when I say nothing looks better than I left it nothing looks better whatsoever! My kitchen and family room tile were not touched crumbs still on floor and my bathroom floor is sticky now for some reason. Nothing smells like soap or clean either! I left a list of 4 things- wipe couches clean fireplace doors wild baseboards and none were done. I am not sure what the girl did for 4 hours but I am so unhappy. My home is not dirty to begin with so maybe she thought I wouldn't notice but things did need to be done. Wanted to do this as a treat to myself just having a baby and I'm so ******. Could of stayed home for the 4 hours I left her and done the job myself. Either clean your own home or find a different company from someone u know who refers you. I am cancelling payment on the check also bc she doesn't deserve a nickel. Please do yourself a favor and don't hire this company. The company will not return my phone calls as well.

I contacted Shawn for a last-minute housecleaning. He was more than happy to get me on their schedule for the next day. PHCS was originally going to send out a 3 person cleaning team for 3 hours of work. I had received a call the morning of the appointment and was advised they were ahead of schedule and asked if I would like them to arrive earlier. I said yes and they arrived with a team of 5 and had the work done in less time. Nothing was skimped. The house shined! I have used PHCS Inc. on numerous occasions in the past when I needed help catching up on cleaning. I will continue to use their services in the future. The staff are professional and more than efficient. I never have any concerns that a detail will be missed.

Three lovely women arrived within the appointment time promised. I took them on a quick tour of the house and told them what I wanted done. They asked if I wanted to have my cleaning products or theirs used, which is nice if you have a concern about chemicals, etc. They worked quietly and quickly, finishing in 2 hours. There were very polite and I would trust this group at the house alone. Everything looked great. They vacuumed carpeted areas, dusted (floor to ceiling), cleaned 2 full baths, washed wood and tile floors (including baseboards), cleaned artwork, cleaned and / or dusted all surfaces, cleaned knick-knacks on shelves. They did it all. I would recommend and will use again.

They did an excellent job. I called on Monday morning (and was able to talk to someone without having to leave a message) and was able to schedule an appt for the following day. They normally don't clean bathroom walls, but I made a special request and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! They cleaned my condo top to bottom: stairs, floors, carpets, counters, kitchen, bathrooms, & the list goes on & on... I will definitely call them back again.

I found them on Angie's List and proceeded to email Jaimie, the manager, back a forth a few times to learn more about the services that could be provided. I decided to set up a first-time clean for 7/23/14 with an arrival time between 8 and 9am. Emily, Ellie, and Carolyn arrived at 8am, right on time, which is very appreciated. I immediately felt at ease when they came to the door. They were smiling, so nice, so polite and very professional, carrying all of their supplies to get right to work. I walked them through the house telling them what I wanted cleaned as well as a max number of hours I was interested in as they quoted an hourly rate for the 3 previously. Note - my house is 1800 sq feet up and they did some very minimal work in the basement, another 1800 sq feet. Jaimie and the company also offered me a $50 off for first clean, which was great! The ladies cleaned, I mean deep cleaned, for 3 hours. That included vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing the kitchen and our 3 full baths. They washed the wood floors throughout by hand. Moved light furniture, lifted up area rugs and runners. They carefully removed items from tables to properly clean. I could tell they liked working with each other too, as they talked to each other quietly. They shared the workload, updating each other as to what was still not done, to be respectful of what I wanted done and my timeframe (again, as it was hourly). They got everything done and the house really looks nice. I am quite pleased with the crew, the job they did and the company. I would certainly hire them to come back. Jaimie emailed me after they left and offered to work up numbers for regular visits, an appropriate next step to bring in new, regular clients. We shall see what she comes up with! I would recommend these lovely ladies, for sure!!

The office staff and cleaning crews are kind, helpful and good at what they do! I trust them in our house when I'm not here. They ignore our barking (but kind) dog with grace and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

We were asked if we could change our service date to a day that would allow them to clean a long time client who lives near me. I agreed. The cleaners were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 10:30 am. At 10:45am, I received a call asking if it was OK if they were running late. She said they could be at my house by 10:55am. Emily and another young lady arrived. I showed them 3 rooms that needed cleaning. I went to my room to get out of their way. Since there were 2 cleaners, they stayed for 2 hours. After the 2 hours, I was stunned that they only cleaned the kitchen. When I asked about the additional hour I had requested, I was told that they didn't have time. Emily tried to charge me over $200, but I informed her that I had purchased a voucher. I called the main office to express my disappointment and was told that the supervisor would contact me. That has not happened. If I could, I would give the overall grade of C-. The actual cleaning was fine, but the time management was terrible. I still can't believe that they only did the kitchen in 2 hours with 2 people. Washing the floor by hand took way too much time. aA mop would have been way more efficient. In reality, they cleaned off the cabinets, washed the floor and stacked all the dirty dishes on my kitchen table. I was informed that they don't do dishes. As a point of reference, I have had others clean my house in a much more efficient manner.

They do a good job. More importantly, they are honest and trustworthy.

I've been using Professional House cleaning for the past 3 years. Since It's just my husband and I, we don't need a regularly scheduled cleaning and I look for their emails when they need to fill some gaps in their schedule. On the one occasion when I emailed them back, the opening had already been filled. Even so, they scheduled me for another date. They didn't have to do that and it was more than I expected. It's a pleasure to have a relationship with a local provider that comes when scheduled, efficiently does what their asked to do and even vacuums "patterns" into the rugs. I have no qualms about leaving them the key to the house. I know that if I had an emergency and needed them in a hurry, they'd do everything in their power to fit me in. I love the service and I like to support a locally owned business.

It is a pleasant and hard working group of ladies. I usually make a list of the things I would like accomplished and they do the best they can within the time period. The owner and office manager try to accommodate special needs ...i.e. if I am preparing for a party. helping to put out glasses, silverware, etc...

Shawn was very professional and worked to fit us into his schedule on short notice. Our party was on Saturday and they came to clean on Thursday morning. They showed up with 5 people (one was in training). I asked them to clean the refrigerator once they arrived which was not planned for.....Kristin assured me that was not a problem...and they cleaned the fridge. It took them three hours to clean the house (2000 sq foot, 2.5 bath, 4 bedroom with a 1700 sq ft finished basement.) When I arrived home Thursday night, there were a few things that did not meet our expectation. (We had another service clean the house about a year ago and were very pleased with the service...however they were no longer in business) I decided to take a few pictures and then called the office after hours and left a message for Shawn. He returned my call promptly the next morning and offered to send another crew out to address my concerns at no additional cost. I explained that our party was the next day and that there was no time to set this up....my wife and I would have to take care of these cleaning issues ourselves. Shawn assured me he would make every effort to get it take care of before the party. A cleaning crew came to our house Friday afternoon and spent an hour taking care of the issues. We were completely satisfied with the finished product. Shawn gave us a discount for our trouble. He takes the business and his customers seriously......communicated very well with us and values his companies reputation. My boss once told me that it is easy when everything goes right.....the real test of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. Shawn did a great job of making things right! I have never written a review of any company . I felt it important to give back to all those who have taken the time to share their experiences which I have used to make my decisions in the past. This company has been cleaning my home for several months. They are punctual, responsible and very personable. Once, a candy dish was broken and they replaced it with no problem. Mr. Day and his assistant Kristin are super. I was surfing the internet and put my inquiry into cleaning services and was contacted by them. I reviewed their qualifications and contacted customers and am very pleased with the service thus far. They come to clean once a month,

I love this company and have been a faithful customer for years. I just realized it is an Angie's List member and so want to share my experience. I ask for general, overall housecleaning with a damp dust cloth, which the crew uses. The price is quoted to fit the additional hand labor, but that's OK with me. The price increased again when I decided to clean less frequently, but I understood that as well, since the house was dirtier and I was still saving money. The floors and bathrooms are spotless. The crew is always pleasant, polite and hard-working. I like the fact that the company sends a crew of people to clean in less time--although they take the time they need, which I always appreciate. Whatever I ask them to pay special attention to, they do (I have checked afterward and been very satisfied). Our living space is approximately 1,900 sq. ft., but it has a lot of architectural extras: stairs, handrails, spindles, picture frames, etc. I have used many cleaning companies over the years and I have to say this one is by far the best.
