We really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions we had and to fully explain anything we needed extra information on. Because we were interested and went along with him on the inspection, he explained everything he was doing and why. Very professional, very friendly. I'm about to call and schedule this year's inspection and cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned fireplace and chimney on regular visit. They also installed a chimney cap a few years ago, which solved the problem of birds and leakage in the chimney. Once in a while, the cap blows off in high winds. They always come and replace as soon as weather permits, at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Called them to come out and do a free estimate to see if my brick chimney and steel flue insert needed any repair/cleaning. He was thorough and did not charge me a thing. Best 15 minutes of free service I ever received. My chimney is still in good shape and my flue liner has no creosote build up.My brick does not need sealing and there are no leaks. A couple pices of slightly loose pieces on the crown were the only things noticed. This company will now have me as an annual client. They are thorough and their costs are lower than than most. My original chimney sweep of 25 years is retiring and I think I have found his replacement.
