He was professional yet down to earth. I try to work with contractors I trust with is like looking for cold fusion. Mark is a contractor that is to be trusted. Work was excellent

Description of Work: A1 Tub and Tile redid our bathtub. First he had to scrape the old refinishing that had been done previously. Then he put on a new finish on the entire tub, with a non-slip bottom. I can only say GORGEOUS. It was absolutely beautiful. He told us how to take care of it and left information so we could go over it to keep the finish beautiful. We would absolutely recommend A1 Tub and Tile, he also left everything clean and neat.

Description of Work: There was a lot of preparation to make sure the porcelain went onto the tub and nowhere else. He did a great job. He also fit me in on a Saterday, because I had company coming from out of town. Everything was done and set when they arrived. Thank you Mark, for a great job!

Description of Work: We had A1 Tub and Tile refinish a bathtub in a rental property that we own. We are very happy with the final result of this job - the tub looks like new! Because we were scheduling this for a rental property, we had to work around tenant availability, with which A1 was very flexible. We had to reschedule the work a few times, but only once was because of a miscommunication with A1. Overall we were very satisfied and would be happy to use this provider in the future.

Description of Work: The bathtub refinish turned out very well. A1 was very accommodating in terms of scheduling the service, showed up on time, finished on schedule, and did an excellent job. The tub looks far better than it did prior to the service.

Description of Work: The gentleman arrived at the scheduled time. He brought all the tools he would use and went upstairs to my bathroom. Everything went well and he was done in about 3-4 hours. He smoothed the surface of my tub as much as he could and told me that the finish would not be completely smooth because the tub surface was scarred. He also told me that the rust around my drain would probably return at some point. I appreciated him letting me know these things but I wasn't concerned as my tub would look 100% better after being refinished that it did before. He taped the tub off and told me he would return the next day after everything dried. He returned the next day, removed the tape and paper around the tub. He told me not to use any bath mats with suction grips but when I told him that's what I had, he put a nonslip coating on the bottom of the tub. I don't know if this was extra but he did not charge me for it. I would definitely use this company again!
