He did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the end result. He was very careful about masking everything off to prevent anything from being damaged. It was a bathroom with no windows, so the smell lasted for quite some time, but that's not anything that could have been avoided.

Mark did an excellent job. The job took around 4 hours over two days (although I was told some jobs may take longer). The work was clean and Mark paid attention to detail. The refinished tub is beautiful and the new finish is super easy to keep clean. Thank you Mark!

Appreciate that Mark showed up each time: first, to give us an estimate and, then, on the day of the job to do the job he quoted us. So, first plus: Reliable. This was not a huge job by any stretch of the imagination – Mark could have easily quoted us a full tub refinishing as others did. Second plus: The job he did is what we needed done at this particular time and in doing only what needed done, Mark bought us time to focus on other more pressing repairs (like plumbing!). He helped us. Third plus: Easy to engage with. What a decent, respectful, agreeable person. Highly recommended. We intend to call on Mark again in the future.

Great!! Came out better than I had hoped.

I wanted to change color of tub from olive green to white without a costly remodel. I have one of those one piece fiberglass tubs with sides, top with light, and front. Mark did a great job with the color. Just finished today. He told me that if I wasn't happy for any reason he would come back and take care of any issues I have. I want to give it a little time before I decide if I need him to come back. I should say that tub enclosure is 40 years old and in good shape. I just couldn't take the late 70's color anymore!

Lacking professionalism, Bad quality work, INCREDIBLY UNHAPPY!! a. Tub resurfacing quality: The floor of the tub is grainy, feels like little debris are left uncleaned between sanding and coating. It's all over the tub, and feels very odd every time I shower. Now I'm stuck with it until I get it resurfaced again. I wouldn't even complain and have them come out to do it again. I simply don't trust them with my tub anymore. b. Overall work quality: The sanding portion created quite a bit of sticky white dust, and he didn't bother with tarping my bathroom. I had to wipe of every little thing in the bathroom afterwards and throw away toothbrushes and some other stuff. He hooked the ventilation pipe to one of my screened window. Now it's got a big round white residue (from that sticky white dust) on it permanently. c. punctuality: He was more than an hour late on both appointments without any notice. d. Communications: Initially he told me it'll be done in one day. After showing up for the appointment more than an hour late, he told me he had to come back the next day. Not sure if it was supposed to take two separate appointments or he couldn't get it done in one day because he hit 5pm, so he couldn't stay for another ten minutes. He told me he'd stop by on the way to his 8am appointment, so I took my dog for a walk at 7am so he can come/work/leave while we are gone (my dog is not so thrilled about strangers). He didn't show until 7:40am, so I called. He called back after 8am to tell me he was on his way. I ended up having to walk my dog for two hours that morning. Luckily I didn't have to be at work by 8am; otherwise, it would have taken another scheduling/taking the dog out/him arriving more than an hour late, and all that.

We bought the coupon for refinishing on Angie's List. Mark called promptly to make an appointment. He was on time, and went to work from around 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. the first day. He then came back the next day to finish for about 30 minutes, from around 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. We are very pleased with his work. We did need to pay an additional fee for our tub to be stripped, which Mark told us about before he started work. Our tub is beautiful! Mark kept the fumes to a minimum, and left the work area very clean. He gave us a 5-year guarantee on the refinishing. We highly recommend Mark's services.

Good. He did not get my initial order through Angie's list and I had to call him. That was the only problem.

The first application was a bit rough but Mark immediately scheduled a second application for several weeks later. Some might not give a five star rating because of the need to redo the job, but Mark stuck by his work and made it right. The tub looks and feels great.

The tub looks amazing. They were punctual and worked quickly. They returned calls promptly which is rare these days. I got very lucky to get a special offer on this work but seeing the results it would have been worth full price easily. Recommend very highly.

Didn't return initial phone call. Didn't show up for the appointment. No explanation and no follow up,,,,wasted my time.

GREAT!!!! Scheduled at my convenience and arrived on time. The tub looks brand new. I couldn't tell it from a new tub. We are in the process of listing our house for sale so we wanted to change the bathroom in order to remove a major negative. We did it for under $800 including a new coat of paint, a new toilet, a sink and a faucet. I'm sure it will bring a more more dollars than it costed me. I am totally amazed at the finished product. I could have spent a lot more replacing the tub but it really wouldn't have improved the look of the bathroom. I'd absolutely use him again if I ever needed a bathroom remodeled.

shed tub to dry a bot before he removes the masking, This guy is fabulous.. Aside from the completed job being absolutely perfect, The owner does everything right. He came on time,; even letting me change the appointment at the last minute. He tarps where he is going to walk do not to dirty the floors and stairs.. He masks the area around the tum so there was absolutely no over spray.. He came back the next day to remover all the masking; He allows the newly refinished tub.. I would definitely hire them again if I ever had a need for their services.

They did a great job... Made the bathtub look brand new.
