Contacted Mark and purchased his deal for $369 thru Angie's list. He scheduled me to the next available date which was couple of weeks out but I was not in a hurry. He came right on time and he performed the staining and then he came back the next day to clean up and caulk. I was very satisfied with his work. He charged $50 for stripping the old paint as he told me over the phone and he also said he would do the hest he can about the small rust spots but he was clear he could not warranty the rust. Again he was very clear about this. I will use him again when I have another tub that needs to be spruced up.

Arrived promptly as scheduled, refinished bath tub which now looks as shiny as new.

The process was very fast. Mark worked by himself, came prepared, and didn't need anything. He got the job done effectively and efficiently. The only thing I would warn customers about is the smell in the house. It's a strong epoxy smell that will linger in your home for at least 4 hours. We couldn't crack the windows either because the house needs to stay at 65 degrees for it to dry. We ended up staying at my in-laws house that night. We do have a very small house and only 1 bathroom, and my wife is pregnant, so for many people it might not be bad. Overall excellent work and will hire Mark again. Our tub looks brand new.

It was fine. They were supposed to come over and patch a thing but they never, but other than that it turned out fine. My daughter dropped something on it and they were supposed to come back and repair it.

Everything was contained within the bathroom. drop cloths were down on the stairs to protect carpeting. Preparation was excellent, as far as sanding and covering all non-painted surfaces. All faucets and shower head were removed, as was the glass shower door. When the actual resurfacing material was sprayed on the tub and walls, there was a large hose to vent the odor out the window. No smell in the rest of the house. All the major work was completed in one day. The next morning, caulk was applied and all paper removed and faucets and doors replaced as they were. The work was finished in about an hour the second day. We were to let the caulk dry overnight and were left explicit instructions of how to care for the tub. There is a guarantee, as well. Tub and tile looks brand new and spotless. Excellent work and very pleasant workman. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The interaction with this company was great. They informed me that the job I had would be more expensive than deal I purchased. I am going to save and use them for the project after I save the cost. They will be coming out to my home to give an actual estimate in the meantime.

Service Provider came out and took estimate on 2/19/2015. Service provider told me he could do the job. Service provider sketched out my bathroom, advised me on what i needed to do on my own. Service provider told me he would be in contact with me. I never heard back from Service Provider. I called service provider on 3/10/2015, Service provider didn't recall coming out to my house or my project that was requested. Service Provider finally remembered, and told me he hadn't done anything to move forward with my project. I dont even have an estimate of the cost of my project. If you use this company or you use this company, Make sure he knows exactly what you want done and get it in writing, but i don't reccomand using this company.

I spoke to Mark regarding the process of the work. He was very nice and he returned my calls very quickly. He answered all my questions and explained everything. I was very impressed. Although I have decided that this isn't the solution that going to work best on my bathtub.

We hired Mark to refinish an old, worn out tub in our new (to us) home. He showed up at the scheduled time, thoroughly taped off the entire bathroom, and performed the work quickly. Because of some old shower doors that used to be on the tub, there was some pitting in the surface that he worked to fill over the next two days. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so, but he apologized and said he did everything he could think of to try to get them out. After the tub was refinished, you can't even see the imperfections unless you're looking for them. I definitely would recommend Mark for your tub refinishing needs!

Mark was to arrive between 8 & 9 AM since the tub was at a different location I was waiting for him at 8:00AM. He went right to work. There were a few problems but he worked through them to make the tub look very good. He was very careful and covered the rest of the bathroom to protect it from this process. He used a fan that removed all the odors from the refinishing chemical/coating to the outside. And cleaned up so no one could tell that he was ever there, except the tub looked much better.

This was a professional job by the owner of the company who has many years of experience with this type of work. He was punctual, pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed.

The service was great. We had an inspection done shortly after the service was done and the inspector stated he has never seen a refinish job look so good. The provider was on time and friendly as well as professional. He was also very courteous of my children.

Excellent service was provided by Mark Madger. He showed on time as scheduled and refinished the bathtub in 3 hours. Mark came back the next day to remove paper and tape from the tub area. I called Mark back a week later over a small mark on the tub and he immediately solved the problem. My bathtub looks great and I highly recommend A1 Tub &Tile.

He actually ended up doing more work than the deal was for. It worked out great and I am happy with his work.

The work went well. The provider did a very nice job on my tub. He also caulked around it very nicely. He also put in bath strips at no extra cost to prevent me from falling. The provider was very professional and he had a nice personality.

Technician was punctual, professional and did a great job of cleaning up.

The tub looked gorgeous! The service provider did an excellent job keeping the work area clean and venting the fumes so that the project did not make the rest of the house unpleasant to be in. The tub looks so good I am so glad I decided to have it refinished!
