Description of Work: Hemlock has handled all our landscaping needs for approximately three years. In 2014 they designed and installed a deck and large, two level stone patio with a fire pit as the main feature of the lower level. The project also included re-landscaping the area to create privacy and a rustic mountain lodge ambience. The project was completed on time without a hitch. We are thrilled with the result. Neighbors have stopped by to marvel at the exceptional craftsmanship. The new plantings add a major "wow" factor. Hemlock handles our "normal" lawn and landscaping needs with equal expertise and attention to detail. That includes plowing our driveway in the winter. We highly recommend Hemlock.

Description of Work: My lawn looks great. I'm not home when they come but my neighbors say they are very efficient. Waiting to see how leaf clean-up goes. Also had them do a spring cleaning of my neglected flower beds and they were very thorough.

Description of Work: Our sales rep was very unorganized. I would have to follow up on estimates and the workers didn't come on the day they said they would. I understand things happen but I received an email 10 mins before they were supposed to show up. How about a phone call next time? I had to be the one to follow up on what had happened and when they were coming, not the rep. Totally unprofessional. When we also had tree work done, the communications between the company and the tree service was awful. I ended up going through the tree service directly (which were great). All in all the work they did was good, but it was a very frustrating process.
