Description of Work: I was having problems with some outlets in my bathrooms and some pot lights in my kitchen. The technician had no problem diagnosing the problems. He suggest and quoted me service which was very reasonable. In addition, he gave me pointers on how to handle the problems in the future. Great technician and great service. Will probably be using them again when I decide to put power and my shed out back.

Description of Work: Troubleshot and fixed a misbehaving three-way set of wall switches. It turned out to be extraordinarily simple, and in retrospect, I probably could have done it myself. However, the work was done very professionally; the technician was punctual and good-humored, and the pricing was transparent. So I agreed to pay, but probably won't return for a simple task in the future.

Description of Work: I'm selling my house and the housing inspection revealed some electrical problems--uncovered junction boxes, and improper splices. Jeff found a significant number of oddities in my 99 year-old house and spent the morning crawling into nasty, dirty spaces to fix them all! He also took care of the improper splices. I was particularly pleased that he explained the work thoroughly and gave me several options. I felt as though I was really part of the project. I hope the new owners will continue to use [member information removed].

Description of Work: Gave me extra lines and switches, as well as correcting unsafe ones. The room is more attractive without dangling cords and too many connected to each outlet.

Description of Work: Not sure of exact date of service. They were very good. The one thing I didn't like it that all I needed was a light fixture fixed and the technician tried to open my electric fuse box. He said he always checks it, but I was glad he was not able to open the box from the screws. He wanted a look inside. Otherwise, very good service, nice guys. I thought they were high in price, but my husband was very satisfied with the price.

Description of Work: They straightened out the connection of our kitchen light and installed a ceiling fan. They did good work. The light didn't work the next day as sometimes the connection in the scotch locks came apart and they came back soon after I called about it and they fixed it at no charge.
