Everything went well. Electrician diagnosed and corrected problems with a light that wouldn't come on. He also alerted us to a safety issue with our breaker box and recommended replacement. We agreed and had the electrician come back to replace the breaker box and several ceiling lights. He also identified other items with grounding wires that needed to be corrected. He gave an estimate and completed work on time.

The experience was great. The electrician was on time, knowledgeable, professional, properly dressed, and polite. He was competent and did excellent work.

I purchased the Big Deal, which was $79 for $279 worth of work, the cost just for them to come out is $79 so you basically got $200 off of your bill. I scheduled an appointment with them and the service man arrived early, because he finished the first job of the day early, they called and told me they would be early, I was stuck at the office and told them I wouldn't be able to make it until the scheduled time he said no problem and waited the 1 and 1/2 hours until I was home. I had several jobs that I wanted to get done but didn't know what the cost would be for any of them, so when the electrician arrived we went over 4 or 5 jobs that I wanted to have done . He gave me prices for each of the jobs, (for which they have a set price book so that there are no surprises, which I appreciated.) He gave me 2 prices for each job, one if everything went smoothly and he had no issues and another if they ran into something unexpected which is not uncommon in my home due to the fact that it is a rehab of a home built in 1880. Once I choose the job to have done, the service person got right to work and worked very hard and professionally until the job was complete. The job was done extremely well and he even turned the outlet sideways so that it fit under a table that we had on the porch where the outlet was installed. He then cleaned up what little mess he made and tested everything and showed me how what he installed worked. I was very happy with everything and will use them again in the future for the other jobs that I want done. First rate company did a first rate job.

Came in, I showed them the electrical panel. They confirmed they needed no other breakers added to completed. Eplained the operation and why it would be wise to also use individual surge protectors on outlets.

The installation of the 4 ceiling fans went very well even though it was a hot day and the job was difficult.

The coupon was too good to be true. No complaints on the work that was done. The work was high quality and professional.

Over all, it was quick and sweet.

Could not possibly have been better. The major upgrade they recommended (and did) was consistent with a recommendation from another electrician, though Clover did a much better job of explaining what needed to be done, why (safety issue), and exactly the cost. Their scheduling and communication systems are flawless and the technician who did the work was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would without hesitation use Clover for any future electrical work and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Excellent, professional, highly recommended. Communication was very good, called me immediately for appointment and followup. Always courteous on the phone. Electrician was very knowledgable and fixed the stated problems, including the multi-switch hallway lights that proved to be a very challenging complicated problem, that previous people could not fix. Gave good advice, I feel they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional company to work with. Highly recommended!

Arrived on time; apprised me before any work; gave me the estimate; found the problems and resolved them.

They did a good job good quality but definitely very expensive. I went with them because of another company giving me the run around. I provided all materials and light fixtures. It was about 3 hours worth of work for $700 which was pretty high given that i supplied everything.

Overall, we were very pleased with the person they sent. The man was punctual and very professional. I could tell her wanted to make sure everything he did was done well; he took pride in his work.

He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He called in advance of arriving to confirm arrival. He cleaned up after himself. I liked him enough to hire him to come back to fix the upstairs light. I would definitely use him again.

Happy with the process. Scheduling was easy and they gave a specific time to meet at the house. The electrician was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was more concerned with the aesthetics than I was. Light works great.

Mike Abate was our technician; he was on time and very professional. He gave us itemized prices for various work, then we chose what work we would do that day and he did it. He was patient and understanding while we were deciding which work we should have done at that time. He made suggestions and was very helpful.

First of all, they actually scheduled an appointment. Rather than just say they will call and never do like other electric companies had done. Second, the serviceman was prompt in arriving, polite, neat and thorough. Third, he saved us a trip to the home improvement store to purchase the correct bulb, and the annoyance of having to put the lightbulb in, ourselves. I was very pleased that they serviced the Grafton area.

Overall, they were very professional, curteous, knowledgable, and respectful of my home and property. They did a nice job and I was pleased with their work, but the cost of the work prohibits me from using them again.

Technician reviewed problem that was sporadic...was ver diligent and figured it out...installed new part and was very helpful.

Knowing that we needed some minor electrical work, we used the Big Deal to pilot a new electrical company. The receptionist was very polite, explained the work and billing procedure. The electrician was prompt and professional, and reviewed and discussed what he thought needed to be done as if we were partners in the decision. He asked if we wanted to keep the old ceiling fan, and provided some of the bits and pieces from his truck. The work was well done and very neat. I would absolutely use these folks again!

I was very pleased with the job performed. Appointment was scheduled between 8:30am & 9:00am. Jeff called to let me know he was on his way, he called again to let me know he was held up due to a traffic accident, but he still arrived by 9:00am! He installed the fixture, it went smoothly. We also discussed possible future work and cost estimates when he was through - he also gave me good-to-know information about changes to old style fluorescent bulbs!

They were punctual and did the installation very efficiently. They asked if I had any questions and were very knowledgable about subject. The prices were also very reasonable. I thought they were a very good company!

We called them to repair a telephone wall jack. When they arrived they said it would be 400.00. OUTRAGEOUS We hired another contractor who provided the services for 85.00.
