The installers were professional, prompt and courteous. The sales person and installer delivered on both the products and service time agreed. They offered good explanation of the service and maintenance. I would highly recommend them!

The service technician was two hours late. When he arrived, I told him that I had scheduled both heating and air to be serviced. He seemed surprised by that, and was expecting just the air conditioning. He said that he could still get it done. He was professional, and I appreciated that he wore covers for his shoes. The flyer mentioned that a large number of checks would be done that would take upto 1.5 hours for each system. He was done with both in 45 minutes. He pointed out that the compressor in the AC was running a little hard, but didn't pressure me into buying anything. Overall, I was skeptical of how much he got done in half the time with twice the workload, but his professionalism won me over and I didn't complain about it. I wish I had checked his work better. He wrote on my bill that I had a lot of mud in the AC (due to a gopher that pushes dirt in that area). I assumed that he had cleaned the AC out, but when I went to check a couple weeks later, the inside of the AC was still dirty and didn't look any cleaner than it did before. I called at the three week point to complain. I expected them to come by and clean it free of charge since they didn't do it the first time. Instead, I was told that they weren't sure if the AC got dirty again in those three weeks, and that I would be charged an extra $49 for him to clean it. I had seen the leaves at the bottom of the AC before and after service and it looked the same. I know that cleanup work was not done. However, I didn't keep a better eye on what he was doing. If this was an and quot;Aand quot; rated provider, I wouldn't have had to. I usually go with another heating/AC service, and will go back with them even if they charge more.

The blower motor was very dirty and would need to be pulled and cleaned, the down flow A coil was full of growth. Brandon recommended installing an electronic air cleaner system to eliminate our excessive dust, which included custom ductwork and removal and cleaning of the blower motor for $735.00 He also recommended installing a ultra violet germicidal light inside the down flow A coil to kill any mold and growth for $535.00 I opted to have the extra work done and am glad I did Brandon installed the UV light after his tune- up he then measured and ordered the electronic air cleaner, and sent the installer Bill on 7/22/2014 to install and customize ductwork I am very satisfied with all there work.

Very well...Brandon (technician) explained every step of the process and even went as fare as explaining why the county requires the certification to be completed in the first place. Furthermore, Summers called the week prior to the appointment to confirm the date/time of the appointment and then called again the day prior to the appointment to ensure nothing had changed and in fact I need to return to work a little earlier the next day and they worked, as best as they could to accommodate my needs which did get me back to work early. It's companies like this that will always get my business.

On the eve of Thanksgiving at about 6:00 PM, our kitchen sink was leaking in the cabinet below and all over the floor. I found Summer Plumbing/Heating/ AC in the phone book and they had emergency service anytime. Since I was having Thanksgiving dinner at our home, I needed to have the leak fixed or I would have big trouble. I left a message with the answering service and my call was returned in 15 minutes. I had a service man call me within the next 1/2 hour. He was at our house by 7:30 PM. Our faucet needed to be replaced. The serviceman did not have a faucet with him, so he went to Home Depot and bought the style and brand that I liked. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance agreement for our 2 water heaters, 2 furnaces and 2 AC's that we have. Since I purchased the maintenance plan, the trip charge that eveing was only $45.00. He also tightened a bathroom sink drain that would leak from time to time and he didn't charge me for that. The faucet was $342 from Home Depot, the maintenance plan is $159 and includes 3 visits. The repairman was very nice and professional. He wore booties in the house so he wouldn't mess up my floors. He was so quiet while he worked that we forgot he was in our kitchen. He was finished around 9:00 PM. I will definitely use them again. Our Thanksgiving dinner would have been very difficult to prepare and clean up with out being able to use the sink. Summers Plumbing/Heating/AC saved the day!

Preventive maintenance on furnace and air conditioning system. Very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

It went very well. They went beyond regular service. They were understanding and very fair. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Amazing - if I had to sum it all up in one word. But there is a story that I'd like to tell. I made an appointment with company 'A' because my sister said that the AC was not cooling our house (I was out of town at the time). The technician said that the contactor and the capacitor were not working. He said he would replace them and then check the AC again. He came in and said that after replacing the bad parts he could now tell that the compressor was not working - it had seized. Bad compressor means new AC. I was bummed, but prepared to hear that since the unit is a little older. But because of the investment to get a new AC/furnace, I called Summers to get a 2nd estimate. Summers was recommended by my dad. Brandon Deaton (HERO of the day) came out within an hour of contacting Summers to take a look at the AC. Brandon did confirm that the capacitor was bad, but then the shocking part. He also told me that my contactor was missing. The previous technician took a part from my AC!!!! Why in the world would he do that? I know why now. After Brandon replaced the bad capacitor and the MISSING contactor, he got the AC up and running. He said the compressor was not seized - it worked fine. My house is once again cool and SUMMERS had earned a new customer. Company 'A' got an F from me. What the heck - don't use BUTLER for heating and AC!!!!
