He was responsive, scheduled at my convenience, showed up on time, and did the work in a professional manner.

The process went very well. They were punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. They did a great job. The gutters look very nice and handle storms so much better than the previous gutters.

D&R Exteriors was pleasant and professional to work with in every step of the process. They responded to my initial inquiry promptly. They showed up to inspect for their estimate on the date requested. The estimate was emailed to me promptly. They left samples for me to review since I was not present at the time of the inspection for the estimate. They answered all questions, provided an Angies list discount when requested, and gave me several dates when they could accomplish the job, which was within a week or two. They arrived on the date contracted and completed the job on the same day as promised. Clean up was 100%, less one screw I found in the yard. :} They took pictures of and emailed to me the pics of the structural wood that needed replaced to back up the additional charge to the job (note: this possibility was discussed and quoted before the job). The gutters look great and do the job as evidenced during the couple of heavy rainstorms we have had since. If every company operated with D&R's responsiveness and professionalism, contracting home improvement contractors would not be an exercise in anxiety. The peace of mind I had with this job was unprecedented. (I gave D&R a B grade on price only because an Angies List super deal popped up the week I contracted with them to do the job for a couple hundred less), and because I was so impressed with their responsiveness that I did not get any other estimates, so I do not have other companies estimates to compare. But this is why I chose to work with Angies List in the first place...I don't have lots of time to make calls and get estimates and check references etc, so the vetting that Angies List already does is worthwhile. So if you have gutter work to be done, don't hesitate to call these guys and their super friendly office person, Brea, to schedule an estimate, and then hire them if you want a completely hassle free experience. Thanks to D&R and Angies List for making this such an easy transaction.

John and his crew arrived on time. They went over and above the agreed upon contract. They cleaned up all debris. They were a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic service, on time, and fast. The price was a little bit higher than originally expected because once the gutters came off, there was major rotting in the wood. The gentleman who quoted me did tell me before hand that it was possible that the price could be a little higher once they got the gutters off and could see what was behind them. I was also impressed with their promptness. It feels like everyone is late to everything these days, so it was a relief when they showed up as scheduled! The team did a great job at cleanup after the work was completed, too. This is important to me because I have pets who have access to the back yard where the work was performed and I would not want them to have access to any debris left behind. If I need work done in the future, I will absolutely use them!

It was phenomenal! They were really, really good. They sent me before and after pictures after they did the job for Insurance and stuff and were awesome. The cost was way below any other estimates we had. If I were to tell a friend or a family member about this provider's work I would say, "Hire them immediately!" They were good and spot on. They came out and they did it. They were done in 12 hours or less.
