John came to my property to provide an estimate. He gave me a great price, and he said he could do the work right then and there. His crew was quick and didn't leave a mess. He was friendly and professional.

They're the only people I've ever used from Angie's List.

They called me back promptly and scheduled the work to be done in two days. Leroy showed up on time, was very professional, and did all that I had requested to be done. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

D&R Exteriors was great to work with! John (the owner) called me very promptly to arrange the estimate and I had a quote in hand the same night that he came out to look at the project. A week later, I had brand new gutters installed, on time and on budget! I would recommend D&R to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I purchased a big deal on January 4. John responded quickly and was able to come out in the afternoon. He checked my gutters, added a new 6 inch piece in the back where water runoff was too strong for the small existing gutter, secured the gutters around the house, filled the seams between shingles where water could seep in, and cleaned out the gutters. This young man knows roofs and gutters and goes beyond the minimum required.

The guys were very professional showed up on time completed all work and cleaned up I would recommend them and they are coming back to do additional work for me.

The trim looks great. I have had this company do work for me before and they always do an excellent job. I recommend them highly and will hire them again in the future.

Big Deal was not understood to not include downspouts. Paid on 6/26, estimate first provided on 8/1 but I do understand this to be the busy season.

It was a wonderfully bright spot in an otherwise cold and rainy day. John is very nice and does wonderful work. In January I had had another company come by to give me an estimate on the same work. It was a large company I have used off and on over the past 20 years. Anyway, I know this was a smaller service job, but still it was like pulling teeth to get on their schedule. I finally gave up on them and turned to Angie's List and saw the D&R deal, and I feel I won big on this one. I also want to let you know that if you work with John, he will be on time and have most of what he needs to get you started. He will also go the extra mile and check out what else is going on so that you also get a professional inspection of sorts if there is something he sees that you need to know about. Don't wait. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the value. Excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire again. In fact, D&R is preparing a proposal to complete additional work on our home.

Installers were on time, listened to my list, performed the work, found some things that I had missed, DID NOT try to "sell me up" and suggest all kinds of things I didn't want or ask for -- just asked me to keep them in my rolodex (that's contact information in your phone for the youngsters) for any work I need done in the future. All in all, very good "deal" value, and I would certainly use them again.

Quick response to initial request, called when rescheduled due to weather. Friendly, job done as specified, billed as quoted.

Work completed in one long day Flashing repair required extensive reworking due to 2 layers of shingles. Instead of repairing flashing around an unused chimney, it was determined that it would be better to dismantle chimney above roof and re-roof over the hole left behind. I agreed and work was completed for same price as repair alone. Cleanup was complete (hauled away all old material from chimney and all other construction debris). When completed, unless you know the extensive roofing repairs needed, you cannot see where the original shingles start and new ones end.

Cleaned and check gutters and checked roof. Gave an estimate for new chimney chase and indicated that there was a lot of roof repair that was necessary. I requested a quote for a stainless steel chimney chase, but the provider never got back to me. He did an excellent job, but I was not convinced that I needed all the roof work. Other roof inspectors told me the roof was fine.

It went very well, he did everything we asked and took care of some other issues as well and is to send us an estimate for some roof repairs.

They were timely, they did a good job, they were efficient, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional. I thought the price was reasonable. They came and talked to me like I had common sense, and they explained what they could repair or what they could replace, and they made their suggestions that I could choose one or the other. Basically it was sort of like if I was a young person and I don't have as much money, I can get this done now and the other one later. They give me the option. I have recommended him to my other neighbors.

Very nice lady took the appointment. She was extremely polite and courteous. The gentleman showed up a few minutes early (which I always appreciate!) and was more than prepared for the job. He was polite and professional and answered all of my questions. A great experience all the way around and I would hire them again without hesitation. A+

Great. the work was performed as requested, with estimates for repair on roof and replacement on gutters. Have asked them back to do the work spec'd out on the roof.

I purchases this as an Angie's list deal. I was concerned about my rear gutter system as water was spilling over the gutter and onto the ground at the foundation. I did not know why this was occurring. I also knew that I had some gutter downspouts that needed aligned to properly drain into the drainage pipes. The guys came and quickly found out that the cause of the water spillage was due to my new roof and the shingles overhanging over the gutter which is causing water to stream over the gutter. Their recommendation was to install a larger gutter to catch the runoff. They worked quickly and efficiently, tightening my gutter attachments and fixing misaligned downspouts. I was extremely happy with the services performed and will definitely consider using them for future work. Their quote for upgrading the gutter is very reasonable and I am going to have them do this work in the near future.

Not sure of service date, but crew arrived when they said they would. Performed job professionally, and then explained to me what they did and why. It was the end of the work day but they took their time and didn't rush job. Very professional.
