Instead of repairing the gutter, they stated they had to replace it and it couldn't be covered by the deal. They tried to charge me around 2 grand to replace.

Did work but left a big mess on my garage floor and did a shoddy job with what they did. They sistered in new boards on the rafters of the garage but only attached with thin nails and bent the ends of the nails back into the boards. They should have attached with screws that could hold the snow load but I am concerned that these will not so I will have to do it myself. The workers left without offfering to go over what they had done and when I had a chance to check out the work later it was evident why. They left a 2 inch deep pile of debris on my garage floor about 1 foot wide by 3 feet long. I would definitely not recommend them. I don't feel as though I even have the time or energy to try and discuss it with them and frankly there is no excuse for the poor work. Considering what they did the labor and materials were probably only worth about 20% of what I paid.

The young man who came( can't remember his name). Was punctual, polite and professional. He and his helper thoroughly checked our roof outside and inside in the attic. While we don't need repair right now, I would not hesitate to call on Shane Fisk Roofing in the future.

Project was completed on time and on budget.

They seemed to have knowledge of roofing but I was expecting them to do some repairing.

The job went fantastic and was done very quickly for a reasonable price but also done with high quality.

Look, honestly, how can a person who doesn't climb the roof himself (me) judge a roof job? They were here very promptly, they were very professional they showed me through binoculars what they thought was wrong, and I agreed that it looked like something needed to be fixed. Their professionalism leads me to trust this group. I would hire them again. But can i honestly swear that the repair was "excellent". How could I possibly know? The best i can say is that of all the roofing companies i have used over the years, with prices i could afford, this group has the best punctuality and outward professionalism, and inspires confidence.

He found 2 things wrong with roof. Took pictures of before but not pictures of after he caulked. Said it's not worth driving from Canton to Bay Village just to do small $50 repair. I don't have money for 400 repair which seems high.

It went very well. I was very pleased with the work and we have not have any issues since.

Very expensive and did not look at the inside of garage where I stated that water had been coming in. Roof was repaired but areas should have been replaced.

That was terrible, No good. Shane Fisk, these guys. I mean they looked around, they didn't do anything. They charged the same, no different, they charged us it was fine. The thing is, they had no clue what they were supposed to be doing. Your advertisement did not match with the expected results, so I don't know if the questions going to reveal that, right? The price is fine because really good value but compared to what they did, they didn't do anything, really. It was 15 minutes, there was no work done.

It was fine. It was good. I don't think they are good about staying and communication but their work seemed good. I don't have a lot to compare the price to. It was just one person. For the service that I got through Angie's List it took probably about half an hour. Identified some issues / problems I wasn't aware of.

It went fine. The only complaint I have is, and it has nothing to do with the service, it has to do with their telephone. They don't seem to answer their phone often. They did get back to me, but they were supposed to call to set up an appointment. They did call and left a message yesterday that they were coming out. They could be a little more professional with the way they book and confirm, not the work that they did. The owner came out right away and gave us an estimate. I am very happy and would use them again.

The guy was clueless on the phone and could not provide a day to work on my house. They could not give me an estimate, I paid for the deal and had it canceled since the provider could not give a time frame.

They were really good. We were pleased. We went with the patching because we are working with someone to remodel our bathroom and two other rooms and we are going to go back and have the roof replaced after that work is complete. There were some additional fees other than the big deal we purchased due to a few factors, but we understood and we were okay with that. They stopped what we thought was a leak. They did some extra stuff too because we have a chimney that they replaced some slashing around. They did not charge extra for that. They went above and beyond. The only problem with folks that are highly recommended by Angie's List is that they are in demand so you have to be a little patient as to when they can get to you. With the results we got, that was okay. There were a couple of guys and they did the work quickly. It was not a huge job. The workers were really professional. They left the area very clean, you would not have known they were here. They were punctual. If they said they were coming that day, they came. They were very straight forward about what needed to be done. I also like when people will tell you when there are other issues that need to be addressed. Everything I expect from a contractor.

They came in a timely manner, calling beforehand, as promised, and did the job for which we paid, without trying to find anything else wrong. We were quite pleased.

Got the job done for a much better price but otherwise they appear to be a good company but also when I thought about it I really didn't think I needed all the things suggested

They came out promptly to give an estimate using the deal I purchased through Angies's List. They came out and completed the work without any notice that they were at my house which I thought was odd, but was fine with. When the work was completed, they called me at work and asked for payment. The office person wanted the full price listed on the estimate even after I told her I had an Angie's List deal. She told me that the estimate had included the deal price. I played phone tag for a few days with the manager. After two weeks, I finally got a message that they honored the Angie's List deal on the job and charged the credit card number I had given them previously. The whole situation was very frustrating as I used them because I have come to trust companies with good ratings through Angie's List. I trusted that the deal price would be honored without extra hassles to get it.

We had some difficulty getting the work scheduled. It took several phone calls from us, in order to get it arranged. Once we were scheduled, the worker arrived promptly, performed the service, located and provided a temporary fix to our leak, and provided an estimate for permanent repairs for our consideration. The worker was very professional and courteous.

Well I would save your money before hiring Shane Fisk Roofing. Got a quote to fix a couple small leaks. One over the porch and I told him the kitchen has a small leak but only once in a while. Seems like it had to due with the wind direction when it rained very hard. Sam pointed out some bad wood that should be replaced as well. He seemed very knowledgeable so I decided to take his advice and get it all done. He quoted me $ 1717.50 to replace the bad wood and replace the shingles with a color that was a close match. Also apply asphalt to the flat roof above the kitchen to fix the small leak I would get on occasion, cut a hole and install a vent, replace some boots around piped, remove siding and install rubber piece to prevent water from running down wall which might be the possible problem causing the occasional kitchen leak. He said he would also have the crew clean my gutters out as well. I trusted Sam so I told him I would give him access to my house so I can go to work while the work was being done. I said I would put the charges on my credit card but he said they charge extra when you pay by credit card. He said he would just stop by after the work was done and take payment at that time. A day before the work was schedule to start the office called me at work several times before I could call them back and said payment had to be made before they started the work. I told them what Sam said but they said he was incorrect. I told them I would leave a check in the mailbox. I came home that night to find my house very cold. I tried to turn on a light to look at the thermostat but the light didn’t work either. I went down to check the breaker box and a breaker was tripped. I reset it and the light came on but no furnace. I noticed a message on my phone and it was one of the workers stating they cut through an electric line when cutting a whole in the roof. I then checked the roof and saw the shingles they used to replace the grey ones they removed were black. Not even close to the original color. I also noticed the gutters were not cleaned out either. I called Sam and he said he would be out to look but it would be about a week. I called a furnace repair company but they could not come for a couple days. The furnace repairman came and quoted my $ 500.00 to replace the gas valve due to the electric part that controls it was bad. I ended up buying a portable heater because I could not get a new furnace installed for about a week due to their schedule. Sam came a week later and looked at the black shingles and said he would have them replace them with grey and also clean the gutters. I also pointed out bad wood by the chimney. He said for some reason he did not include that part in the original quote. I told him when they replace the shingles to fix that part as well. That was $ 225.00 more to fix and also seal the flashings. They were scheduled to come several times but cancelled. The day before they came to fix the shingles, clean the gutters and fix the rest of the bad wood the office called 0me at work several times telling me they need to be paid before they start the job. I told them I would leave a check in the mailbox. I got home that evening and checked my mail and the check was still there. I called Sam and ask why they didn’t come and he said they did just forgot to take the check. The shingles looked better but the left shingles on the roof which ended up in my yard after a day or so and the gutters were still not cleaned. I left it at that. For the next couple days I kept getting calls at work from the office telling me I had to hurry up and mail the check. This is the check they forgot to take from the mailbox. Well the first good raid we had the porch was leaking just as much as before I had any work done. Called Sam and a week or two later he came back. As soon as he saw the repair they done to that area of the rood he said he told them how big of an area to fix but they only replaced a small area. He said he would have them come back a fix it right. A few weeks later they came back and fixed it. Still never got the gutters cleaned. We about a month ago we had a bad rain store with a lot of wind and the occasional leak in my kitchen that should have been repaired was leaking just as it has done before the work and now $ 1942.50 later not counting the 4,000.00 new furnace cost. I called the office and left a message but no one has returned my call. I guess I learned to never pay before a job is complete and don’t hire Shane Fisk Roofing.

It went very well. It took about a week and a half before they came out here and checked out my roof. Then, they gave me an estimation about what work needed to be done. Then they deducted $149 from the total that needed to be done. They did a good job when they finished. The only thing was, I'm in Cleveland, they are in Canton, OH and I just had to wait. When I called him and told him that I want him to come out and do the work, I had to wait like maybe a week or so before they came out. Once he came, it was done quickly. He came at about 9:30 and the work was done maybe in an hour or so.

Never fulfilled contract. Would recommend to not even waste time on an estimate from this outfit.

Still waiting on work to be done and for someone to send the pictures of the work to be done. Several times I have contacted the company but have not been able to resolve the issue of the pictures taken so my husband can see them. He has been on the roof and wanted to see exactly what was being done
