Shane went above and beyond with his help from start to finish. I called him because a couple years ago , he came out to check a leaking roof at my daughter's that same day. It was a cold wintry day but he came anyway. He was able to get the repair done quickly and efficiently. Fast forward a couple years and I remembered his name when I was selling a home and was told I would need to replace the roof. He was so honest with the first project and did not let me down with the second one. He is honest and fair. The roof went on quickly and I was able to complete my sale. Even my realtor was so impressed with him , she took his number.! I would highly recommend him and I would use him again

Excellent response time. Free estimate provided with a very clear understanding of the necessary work and costs involved. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this company to a friend and plan on using them again in the future if needed.

Went very well. Once I received an estimate they came out the following week later to do the job. My roof was very messy due to living in a very woody area. They blew everything off and blew out he gutters so no they are not leaking. Very happy with their work and set up another cleaning later on this year after the leaves fall. Shane was polite and courteous when he came out and completed the job timely.

This is a roofing company that was reasonably priced and expert at their job. When we called to get a quote they came out quickly and the job was expertly completed. The roofers were very polite and cleaned up after the job was finished.

I enjoyed working with Shane Fisk and would recommend their company for roofing needs. He handled all my questions and everything was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. He came out with the insurance adjuster and explained each line item I had question with. Job was done in two days and site was throughly cleaned. They were in contact with us the whole time and arrived and completed the job as agreed upon (no delays). They had given us samples to review ahead of time and provided recommendations as well. The shingles were Certainteed Landmark, color pewter, lifetime guaranteed. They were thick and high quality. They did our roof and shed and they turned out wonderful. I was very impressed with the thorough job they did with cleaning up after the roofs were complete. Absolutely no mess was left. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

I called the roofer and explained that a shingle had blown off the roof during a recent wind storm. I asked roofer to replace the shingle and inspect the rest of the roof for missing or loose shingles. The roofer came to the house when I wasn't home (I was on vacation for a week) to make the repair (which I had approved). The roofer called me while I was out of town to inform me the repair was complete and asked me to pay by credit card, so I paid. When I returned home, the bundle of shingles I had left on the porch had been opened so I assumed the repair had been completed. When I walked around the house I noted the shingle on the East side of the house that I had called about had not been replaced, so I assume there must have been other shingles on the West side that had been replaced. The only explanation appears to be that the roofer didn't inspect the whole roof before leaving.

Sept. 2018 roof covered in algae, so apparently their cleaning and application of algaecide did nothing. Called several times for estimate on installation of copper or zinc stripping to help deter algae growth, never got a call back or estimate. Called them 3 times before anyone called me back to check out sound of leak I was hearing. When they checked it out, said it was a HVAC problem and their HVAC person would get back to me. Quoted to install 4 inch cap on soil pipe flashing $225 and 250 to remove/replace shingles around heater vent if HVAC person could not do it. A week later, no call back. I called a HVAC to check. Caulked around heater vent where rusted, and told me about excessive algae growth and weak spot on roof near it that was never mentioned when Shane Fisk inspected. Will likely need new roof next year per HVAC person.

The Shane Fisk team was incredible to work with. Their estimator was timely, extra courteous, very thorough, and clearly reviewed the proposed repair and cost. The install team was somehow even better, on time; worked clean, quick, and efficiently. They even went above and beyond dragging the full bucket of water (temp solution i put in when the leak was discover) out of my attic crawl space and emptied it for us, after checking the install work from inside the house. Repair was remove and replace 3 tab shingles, tar paper, and substrate at two locations of leaks on a high steep roof. I work with a lot of contractors professionally, and it is rare to come across an outfit that is so respectful, cost effective, high quality, and easy to do business with.

Shane did a good job at one of our rental properties - did everything that was expected and delivered on time. It was just hard to connect with him sometimes. No complaints about the work though

Shane Fisk's estimator no-showed then when I continued to call showed-up for a new minutes then said he had another estimate and would stop back .. but didn't. Eventually he gave a price over the phone and sent a crew. The crew replaced (1) 3' shingle and said they thought our ridge vents were cheap and could be the problem. We took the up-sell and they added $1500 to the bill and disappeared for (3) hours then came-back and slapped-on new ridge vents. Work crew must have on heck of a good nail fight because there were handfuls of nails in piles on the roof, nails scattered across the roof, nails in the gutters, nails in the flower beds and nails in the driveway. The roof still leaks in the living room in the same spot. Recently, I have been told the ridge vents were not installed properly. No surprise considering how long they were gone yet managed to leave by 4p. Presumably so they wouldn't be late to get home to their beer & video games. Callback was prompt (next day) but they only said they "might" be out by end-of-week and never showed-up or called (again). This part might be petty, but they end every call with "have a blessed day" but after being treated so badly instead it comes-off like one the line in "SIster Act" when Deloris/Whoopi tells the mob boss "bless you." But I still gotta suck it up and be friendly to try and get my roof fixed. This is the kind of tension that crushes the souls of lower middle worker bees like me these days. Should be used to it. Not sure if anyone else has found a leaking roof to be a nightmare. Insurance company expects us to get it fixed under warranty, but that guy is no longer in business. The next guy trashes the first guy and tells us they can replace the whole roof.

We were pleased with his service. The repairs were: (1) Replaced flashing and installed pipe cap on vent boot (2) Installed aluminum gutter strip to direct water into the gutter, and (3) Replaced chimney flue and install new mortar crown (not related to leaking water, crumbling masonry would have been another problem in the future and more expensive).

The company was very responsive. I made an appointment for the estimate and the repair was done the day after that. (I provided the shingles). It looks great from the ground, and I've got one less thing to worry about.

Very well. Shane called me before the job to let me know he was coming. It was an outside so I thought there was no need for be to be at home. We'll he did the work contacted me to let me know he was down and would send me a video. He was kind enough to wait for me because I thought that Angie’s List paid him. He said he would invoice me but, I asked him to wait so I could pay him the same day. Very helpful in explaining what other work must get done with my chimney and sent video as promised.

Terrible. He postponed the initial appointment and came out to our when we were not at home. He left a message that the pitch was to high to do the work. I have had several roofers on my roof most recently. Roofer should be able to get on any roof. Right?

Requested roof inspection through Angie's List roof maintenance package. He was prompt with communicating results and sealed 2 pipes. Will call for recommended work.

Very professional. Came through and explained what was going on with the gutters. Left me a detailed list of repairs to follow up with the company that originally installed them. Warranty was almost up and they were stalling, so it saved me a bundle.

I purchased Fisk Roofing's maintenance package which includes an inspection for: leaks; re-sealing of flashing where needed; replacing up to 3 missing or broken shingles; checking for other damage, taking photos, and giving written estimate for additional repairs if needed. Before beginning the inspection, Shane explained what he was going to do and discussed with me any issues with the roof I was aware of. He inspected the roof, replaced some missing shingles, resealed flashing and showed before and after pictures. He also told me that I had no major problems with my roof. That was good news!! Shane was professional, polite and punctual (even called to let me know when he was on his way), and was happy to answer my questions about re-roofing when the time comes. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will call him again if I need any further repairs to my roof.

Shane delivered a detailed quote and explanation of the problem with my leaking roof. His employees were on time and very thorough and polite.

Played phone tag at first but when made contact, they were prompt and thorough. They repaired poorly done work by another company & went the extra mile
