Description of Work: They repaired a leak where a lower roof joins the side of the house. He said this was only temporary since the window sill just above the roof was rotted out and the flashing there was not really done properly, but we have had no more leaks since the repair. Shane showed me where the overall roof had many problems and that it had not been put on well many years ago (applied on top of an old roof). I know that is has been quite a long time since the last roof was installed, so we decided to have him put a new roof on most of the house and have it done right this time. Based on his previous reviews, I believe his company will do just that. He was very courteous, prompt and seemingly knowledgeable. I will write another review once the big job is finished, but I expect it will be good.

Description of Work: They completed the "special deal" on my roof and gave me an estimate of non-essential updates that could be done. I have not yet followed up on those.

Description of Work: I called on 6/30/15 to get an estimate. A return call from them said they would call me the following week to get us on the schedule, but they DID NOT return the call. I had the work done by someone else. I would never call them again or refer the name to anyone else. Poor business habit of not returning a call.

Description of Work: I had them do a tune-up - which is essentially an assessment of the state of my roof. They pointed out a few things that could stand some routine maintenance and one that was more urgent, and showed me photos so I could see what they were observing. Though it took a while to get the initial appointment set up, they were easy to deal with.

Description of Work: They surveyed my roof, took photos of some problem areas, advised me as to what the problems were, and prived pricing. I haven't acted on it yet.

Description of Work: I bought an inspection. I also had a leak. The underlayment was rotten. They removed shingles, put new plywood on, put iceguard sheeting down and re shingled the area. I am pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Replaced boots on stacks, repaired some flashing. Hopefully it will take care of a persistent leak I have had but it hasn't rained hard recently so I am waiting to see if it worked.

Description of Work: They checked out my roof and fixed the flashing around the chimney and the pipe and vent. There were a number of shingles blown off by the wind (which I didn't know) and they found them in the side yard and put them back on, hence the additional cost. I will call them when I need a new roof!

Description of Work: We bought the spring service package for $100, which included inspection of the roof and sealing of some basic bits and pieces (I'd have to look back over the details to give you specifics). Anyhow, Shane contacted us right away and scheduled us at a time convenient to us. Unfortunately it was raining that morning so they couldn't provide the service, but again Shane was super prompt about letting us know and also about rescheduling us just a few days later. Ben came to do the inspection and was friendly and courteous and explained what he found. Overall our roof is in pretty good shape so there wasn't a lot to report on, but it was good to get it checked out and get some feedback from a pro.
