Description of Work: I bought a deal for $300 worth of roof evaluation and repair. The service guy came and said the flashing around my chimney was not installed properly, and he gave me an estimate of approximately $1200 after including the $300 coupon already paid for (so the estimate was $1500 total). I think he did put some caulk down to hold the loose piece of flashing, but I could not tell. I have since got two additional estimates for the same work, and one was $1200 total, and the other was $1000. It seemed to me that the estimate I got from them was inflated so that the $300 coupon was not included. I was not very happy about that. I have since had another company do the work for $500 less than Shane Fisk roofing quoted to do the same work.

The member bought a $99 for $300 credit package.Our prices reflect the quality of work we provide. We always try to go above and beyond what is required of us,as in this case,applying some caulking to the leak area to temporarily stop the leak,which wasn't in the package purchased and not required of us to do.If a member is looking for a top notch job,we will provide that,if a member is looking for the cheapest price, we won't be that company.
