Description of Work: I would highly recommend this company to anyone for fair pricing, great customer service, and prompt timing for both arrival and repairs. We were impressed overall with the roofer's professionalism and service.

Description of Work: They repaired two stack shoots on the roof and reseated one. It went well it seemed to resolve the problem which was linkage.

Description of Work: Special $99 roof inspection. Worker was professional and explained everything he did. He glued down a couple of loose shingles and resealed around a vent. Did not get a receipt at the end, though; could be because it was a pre-paid special deal.

Description of Work: Had roof repair work done to fix a leak. First time didn't completely fix the problem so they had to come back and check it and do further repairs. Minimal charge for second round (just a "trip fee"). My only complaint was with being able to get in touch with them and their follow up, which took longer than I would have liked...had to hound them a couple of times to find out when they could schedule me. I believe they were very busy because of the Angie's List special they had been running. Sam was excellent and helpful, and the repair crew did good work.

Description of Work: Inspection of roof and gutter cleaning. They also straightened some of my gutters that were damaged in a storm at no additional charge. Finally they came out and installed a roof vent for my bathroom exhaust fan. Very professional and easy to work with. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Sam came out and took pictures of things that needed to be addressed. That was fine but he did not replace any shingles as the service agreement indicated would be done as a part of the "tune-up". This was not a tune-up visit but a list of recommended things to be done for a much more substantial fee. The advertised service on Angie's List is misleading and should be changed to something like "Service Call and Roof Assessment", because that is what you get. Although several roof shingles needed to be replaced, none were replaced as Sam said that it was "too dangerous" to get on the roof. Go figure. I was disappointed not to get more for my money.

Description of Work: i was quoted a price to clean out gutters, reseal seems at corners, resecure gutters in two areas,add a downspout in front area by porch and add a divertor in joint by porch and front roof which wasnt done.the price quoted was as much as the entire gutter system cost to install 7yrs ago. i agreed to the job because i trusted the sales person it would be done right. well...my seems still leak...drip edge, which iwas told was "ok" still sheets water around my foundation and debris from the "cleaning out" was toss around my house on the ground. i was charged 715.00 plus the 99.00 angies list charge
