Description of Work: The roofer showed up right on time, and examined the roof. He informed me that more shingles needed replaced than what was in the original agreement (which I expected). He quoted me a reasonable price (about twice the original for more than 2x the number of shingles), which I agreed to. He replaced the shingles as promised. I liked the work he did, so I got a quote to fix a leak we had in a different area. They came out two weeks later to fix that. So far, I have not noticed any further leaks in that area, so I am satisfied with the work that was done.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's list big deal for a roof inspection. When I called to make the appointment I asked that they clean the gutters and repair a broken gutter. They said no problem. After the appointment the repairman called me. I run a daycare in my home, kids were yelling and I couldn't hear very well. I asked him about the cleaning and gutter repair, he said that was a whole separate issue, but would get back to me that,evening with more details. I never heard anything for over a week. I called the office and was told they would look into it right away. A few days later I received an email for the additional work. It seemed very high to me, so I got a second estimate, which seemed much more reasonable. Since the original repair person never called me back, I,am not even sure if there were any roofing problems. I was unhappy with the whole experience.
