Description of Work: I accepted an offer for roof maintenance and inspection from Shane Fisk in February. I was contacted immediately by Mary Jo to notify me that it would be several weeks until they could get out due to winter weather and I totally understood that. It did take a bit longer to get the work done than expected. However, Don arrived and was up on the roof in no time (God love him) and he has sealed the vents. Additional work was recommended and a price was quoted. I will most likely call them to do the follow up if we decide to proceed.

No word back from them since the last cancellation 2 days ago. | |I'm done with the special deals - once folks are paid, they are not responsive needs or requests.

Description of Work: it went well but the problem was not solved but i knew it would cost more cause they wanted to reshingle part of the porch roof. they then said we should be looking into a new roof roof is only 13 years old so we had them quote a new roof.

Description of Work: Service was prompt (actually was early) and cortueous. Work was done as expected and price matched the quoted esimate. I felt comfortable with both the work and what they told me.

Description of Work: The main thing is that this was an inspection, not really a service. I did ask the very nice man to caulk a window for me and he did do that for no extra charge. If you need a TUNE UP for your roof, this is not your package. You are paying someone to give you a review of your work and an estimate on the needed work. Frankly, I would expect anyone to do that for free.

Description of Work: He did a very thorough inspection of the roof, however, the repairs he recommended were priced extremely high. I feel he uses this inspective service to get into the home and then tries to make up the rest by overcharging for simple repairs.

Description of Work: They did a winter maintenance check and did some minor repairs. They also quoted me a price to seal and paint my chimney cap. I plan to get a few more quotes, but if they're all in the same range, I'll use Shane Fisk.

Description of Work: This was an offer to do a pre-winter roof inspection. There had been some water damage near the chimney and I wanted to make sure that it had been addressed when a new roof was installed (by another reputable vendor.) Their representative was very professional and identified a potential source where water might come in. The recommended solution was $250 more. The work was done on schedule. Time will tell if the issue has been solved.
