Description of Work: I bought the $99 spring maintenance deal. I recently purchased my home and I was told that the roof was probably nearing it's life expectancy so I wanted a professional opinion. It was very difficult to get on Fisk's schedule. I didn't even have an appt with them until a couple days before they wanted to come out which was odd to me, and after several emails and a cancelled appt the estimator arrived. He was only there like 15 minutes and he showed me a picture of the chimney crown that needs attention but otherwise I have no idea what he did and it wasn't worth $99.

Description of Work: This service is more of a paid estimate rather than a minor repair offer. As long as that is understood and what is needed the service is fine. I had a minor leak which I thought would be addressed by the service package but instead I got an estimate for a small job. On the positive side, the specialist was very personable and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Still haven't gotten an appointment scheduled. I have had 3 calls where they asked me if it could be scheduled the next day or 2 days away. The first time I asked if we could schedule a little further than a day out so I could make t work with my work schedule and they said they would have to get back to me. I left a message on 4/13 asking the same thing and have not heard back. It is 4/25 now. We paid upfront and still do not have an appointment. Overall very disappointing.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged shingles (which I provided) on roof edge, replaced bad wood area, and secured two popped up shingles, repaired bad mortar areas in chimney. |We agreed on a neat, good job on mortar with patching, no expectation of a fine tuck pointing job. |Patched with white compound. Most satisfied with excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and timeliness. Haven't been up on the roof. I hadn't expected the price considering I paid the $99 upfront for the $300 deal (I included this in my $489 estimate)--that really made this a $690 bill--but I was still satisfied, and the total out of pocket was in line with other estimates.

Description of Work: The roof was inspected, he showed picture of area and he filled in the areas that were causing minor leakage(that we knew needed to be taken care of). He was prompt and helpful, and careful in cleaning up. We are very satisfied with the work and the price.

Description of Work: We had leakage from roof over enclosed porch and a skylight that was allow-ing rain and melting snow to penetrate into kitchen ceiling. It was inspected first, some small repairs made with possibility of it lasting 2 years. Because the inspection was done, and their inspector an experienced worker we felt it should be permanently taken care of. The workers were on time, explained what they were doing, cleaned up and removed all trash. We are completely satisfied with their workers, the job well done and their courtesies in keeping us aware of what they did. We recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Repaired gutters by replacing rotted wood and realigned gutters using a certain screw to make sure gutters would not fall down again.

Description of Work: Replaced several shingles that had blown off in a wind storm. Sam also walked our entire roof to check for any other loose ones. He then tacked them down. He was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very pleased.
