It went very well. The men who installed the items were competent, pleasant, helpful and eager to answer any questions I had.

They did a great job. I felt they were honest and did good work!

The actual work was satisfactory, although there was felt hanging from behind the gutters that they installed the gutter guards on and they just left it hanging there. I would have thought they might have removed it when they installed the guards. My biggest issue is what I consider a misleading Offer. When I asked the repair person, he said that it covered small things like cleaning and sealing. They should not have said repairs, had they simply said cleaning and sealing, I would not have purchased the coupon and not have had to make a decision on whether to lose $100 or go forward.

The company was always quick to inform me of what was needed and when the work would take place. They were very responsive to any questions I had. The men who did the work were very professional, kind, helpful—nice guys! The results were perfect.

They found that the roof had no drip edge anywhere on the perimeter, and they recommended that I install one all around the roof, a $1,625 job. That was not financially feasible for me. I decided to install drip edge on two sections of the roof -- the problem area, and an area with a very shallow incline where I thought the roof most likely to have a problem in the future. It took 3 tries to completely solve the problem with the water flowing down the fascia board, but they were eager to work on it until they got it right. They were always on time, always professional, and always a pleasure to work with.

They came out and gave me an estimate of $450 for replacing the 4 shingles for my $99. TOTAL SCAM!!!

The roofer was on the roof for 30 minutes and installed the flashing on both soil pipes. Total price $614(including the $99) and the job completed within a week of first contact. I was called both days to let me know that the installer was running late. I rated the quality as excellent but just from what I can see with an untrained eye from the ground. All representatives from this company were friendly and professional. My only disconnect is that the original solicitation was for a $349 repair job for $99 but I do not know what $349 would normally cover, the first 10 minutes?

This went very well. The company responded quickly, replaced the existing vent stack and called me to follow up. They were not the least expensive, but I've found that options is not always the best. All employees were very professional and got the job done quickly. It's always good when things are done right the first time!

I got an email from them stating they cannot service my area because of my roof line. They did a satellite view of your roof, and your roof does not qualify. I had to get a refund for the deal. They offered to use the $99 towards an estimate.

They were on time. Worked quickly. Only took 1 hour to complete the job. Work was only performed today, so I have to wait for rain to be sure the repair fixed the leak. Price seems like it may have been a little high.

Roofer sealed several spots on roof that needed touchup. Was on time (actually early). Very courtious, and did a good job.

We got multiple estimates and Shane was very competitive. His crew was at the house before 730 am as he told us and they did the entire roof in one day as well as the chimney. The work was awesome, the crew was polite and I think the yard was cleaner than before they got here. Great experience!

Owner came out to give estimate and set up an appointment. Original deal was $99 for $200 worth of gutter repair. Description in listing said this would normally cover 100 linear feet of gutter repair.I needed around 40 linear feet of gutter repair and he wanted another $275 to do the job. total job cost would've been $374. Told him that was too much and I would see about getting a refund. He then dropped his price to $175 in addition to the $99 I had already payed. I refuse to do business with companies that quote a price for a job then increase it when they come to give an estimate. Very unprofessional!

They did the inspection but I didn't see any repairs done but he did cut a cable for me so it balanced out

I ordered the roof tune up but nothing got fixed. I was told I have some hairline cracks in my sealant around the vents, pipe, flashing and crown on top and bottom of both chimneys etc. I also have two small areas where my gutter guard is causing shingles in front of the garage to rise a bit. I would think this would only take a minute to secure back maybe 4 shingles. None of this work was done with the tune up. What is the point of a roof tune up? I believe the special was $49(reg.$199) with a $100 repair credit. All I got at the end was a bill for over $500 if I want this fixed. They offer a low priced tune up but hit you with a big bill when they look over the roof. My roof is not in any better shape after the tune up(if that is what you call it). He was only on my roof for about 15 to 20 minutes. I understand that $49 is cheap but I believe they stated the tune up was regularly $199.(They should have stated regularly $500 to make you think you are getting a better deal) I would think hairline cracks are normal with the summer heat. The roof is not leaking anywhere.

That was good. They quoted me some other repairs and maintenance they said needed to be done, I just spent the $99. They were professional and they did an immediate fix and they gave me a quote for long term work for permanent discovered it.

I have a higher pitched roof, so I was looking to hire out for a pretty simple job. Shane Fisk Roofing was running an Angie's List $99 special for a "Roof Maintenance package". Perfect. I purchase on April 20th. Shane's staff emails me the next day to let me know that my roof has a higher pitch, so it's not valid for the package. I get it, I'd fix the shingles myself if the roof was walkable. I can do a refund, or they can have someone come out and give an estimate for the work. We do some email back and forth (about a day between because I keep responding in the evening). I agree to getting an estimate done on April 25, and I'm told someone will be in touch shortly. On May 9th, I sent a follow up email to see where things were at. We had a lot of rain over those two weeks so it seemed reasonable that things would be backed up, just wanted to get the estimate started. I was called back same day and Shane came out the next day to give the estimate. $350 minus the $100 I'd paid for the package. Pricey for 4 shingles, but I knew from experience that it's hard to find a roofer that has enthusiasm for small jobs. I agreed in person, on the spot, and Shane said they'd try to squeeze me in over the next week. I was pretty busy, so I didn't follow up that week. The next time I looked up it was June 19th and I still had that gap in my roof. I emailed the office and was called back promptly the next day. Brad and a helper came out on the 21st and fixed the issue in about an hour. They arrived right within their time window, were professional. They repaired the spot using some of my spare shingles, and it looks great! All in all, everyone was pleasant to deal with. The work was good. I feel if I'd spoken up, the work would have been done sooner; I just didn't worry too much about it. If I hired Shane Fisk Roofing again, I'd be prepared to be a bit more annoying to get the job started.

Everything went well. The installers went above and beyond what we asked. We did not have outdoor electrical access and were not at home during time if their work. However they were able to secure electricity from my neighbor who was home to complete the job.
