Disappointed
Description of Work: Just needed 2-3 tiles replaced and flashings repaired. They cancelled because of the pitch of my roof as seen through satellite. I have a small bungalow, which I felt should not have been a problem.

This member did not read through the qualifications of the package she bought. This small bungalow has a roof pitch that is not walkable at all and is steep and would require safety equipment to get on. The main requirement of this $99 package is that a roof be safely walkable and is why the package is reasonably priced. If she would have read through these qualifications she would not have purchased the package nor left this undeserved review. Classic case of shooting the messenger

I wasn't home when they arrived
Description of Work: Came out for a maintenance package, told them I had water stains around skylight. Said they fixed it, now it's worse, actually drips now. Called them and they said I need a new skylight. This was after they said they fixed it. Really? No offer to replace the flashing or anything.

What we actually told her was that we resealed the skylight and if that did not take care of the problem then she would have to have it replaced. We did not install the skylight nor roof and are not in the business of giving false guarantee on such that has reached the end of its life expectancy. The member just did not want to hear that the skylight needed replaced for which we then would have gladly gave her a guarantee

This member purchased the $39 for ice damage prevention package.You would think by her statement "it did not go" she meant we did not show up? Not the case,we not only showed up when we were supposed to but the customer misunderstood the package she bought.When they realized the mistake,we recommended they get a refund on the package.They were a little miffed but agreed.They thought they were getting $200 worth of repairs for $39 not understanding they were getting an estimate for the work that needed done and $200 would be discounted off of the work.This was no fault of ours but they still left a bad review for us.An F in every category? We were professional,we were punctual,we responded in a timely fashion,there was no work done or price even given but an F in those areas as well? This is not an accurate review at all!

Description of Work: I had service performed by this company in July of this year by the owner. Several shingles on my roof had to be nailed down and some caulking done. I was told that my roof was in good shape and should last another 5 to 10 years, however, I was disappointed in the fact that one of the shingles that was supposedly nailed down, popped back up. I contacted the company and was told that someone could come out and fix the shingle and replace it for several hundred dollars. As a result, I will have to find someone else to fix this problem, as I thought the work would be guaranteed. I am not a happy customer.
