I tried several times to get in touch with the company and left voicemails. I finally heard back and I was told that the owner of the company would call me to work out scheduling and I never heard from him. I've cancelled my purchase with Angie's List.

Shane came to our home and inspected the roof. He was very professional and treated us as valuable customers. He told us that we DO NOT need a new roof, and said we have about 10 years left before needing a new roof. He gave us an estimate and we decided to go ahead and get it done (primarily because of the good reviews on Angie's list). As work went along, we decided to have various areas of the roof washed and have the zinc strip installed. After all the work was done, Shane came to see if the job was to our satisfaction. He also delivered an extension cord and thermal switches for the deicing cables We are very pleased with his work and professionalism and recommend others use his services. We were especially pleased with his honesty regarding us not needing a new roof.

Everything turned out well. They gave me some good suggestions for the roof. They were on time for the appointment. They gave me a fair estimate on additional work that needed to be done. They even showed me pictures.

The men arrived on time and performed the work that was needed. They had estimated about four hours to complete the work, which was quite accurate. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and my roof looked good as new. I am very pleased with the professionalism of everyone I spoke with and all aspects of this transaction.

Shane was very professional and went above and beyond to meet with my insurance adjuster. He supported my case for an insurance claim. Unfortunately the claim was denied but Shane repaired the roof at a fair price. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely use him again.

Shane Fisk responded quickly to my initial request for help with a leak I had in my roof. He was able to quickly determine what the problem was and explain it to me. He also told me what it would cost to repair the leak. A few days later two workers, one of them was named Sam, came and did the repairs. Sam was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to me. He was also kind enough to evaluate the other ares of my roof for other possible problems. It was reassuring to know that there were no other obvious concerns with my roof. The entire job took about an hour. I was happy to have my roof leak repaired and I will call Shane Fisk Roofing again in the future if I have any concerns about my roof.

Well, firstly, when we obtain roofing help, we have no way of evaluating its QUALITY except if we have an actual leak which we can measure. But we do know that Shane is one of the most, if not THE most, responsive professionals with whom we have had the pleasure of dealing in connection with home repair/maintenance. He contacted us immediately, returned messages, came as scheduled, was very friendly and professional. We would use him again in a moment based on all of that. But we can't possibly know if anything our several roofers do actually works -- except that our last two very fine companies, PREVIOUS to Shane, were not able to fix things entirely over the past 15 years. One can only tell over the course of months whether our subtle-sort of leaks do or don't stop. Shane tried something new on an old , slow leak for us as part of the maintenance package -- and we'll keep an eye on the leak site over the winter. Meanwhile, we would recommend him highly.

We were looking to buy the 99 dolar package for the roof maintanance. I emailed Shane to ask if minor repairs will be included and he emailed back on a timely manner and offered to stop by and take a look before I made the purchase. I guided him by the phone were to look on the roof as nobody was home and he found the loose shingles and fixed them at no charge. So we did not bought the package and we got the minor problem taking care of. Shane stated that once he was there it was just easy to fix it and move on to his next job. Shane was vigilante before, during and after the job as for keeping me updated on the job. They started the job on the very first sunny day after signing the contract. His crew showed up when he said they would and went to work in a very professional manner. Once the job was completed I had a concern about the small flat portion of the roof, Shane advised that he had not figured the cost of replacing that part into the contract however he would make good on sealing the area up where it met the new roof and that he would have his crew out that very day to finish. Within an hour after this conversation Shane called me back and said that he would replace the entire flat roof at no cost to me. When i arrived home that evening I inspected the fix and it was perfect. Easy communications from start to finish and a very beautiful and well crafted roof on my house. His crew cleaned everything up and the dumpster was out of my driveway the next day. Perfect dealings with him.

Started on time. Made sure every place on roof was sealed. We only had one layer of shingles. Put new new layer on top. Put new vents and ridge vents on. We were real impressed they did this job in five hours. After they were done, they did cleanup before they left.

They were prompt, professional and did a good job overall with just a drip edge issue. We had a couple issues with the spouting guy that they use, but it was corrected to the best of his ability. As we had to correct some leaks that we discovered after a heavy rain and adjust the spouting in a couple areas as they were still crooked and held water. Be sure to clarify when you need sheating replaced on your house roof or garage roof as it might just get tar papered right over. Also be sure to check that all drip edge is installed from bottom of roof to top at peak of house. On the one side of our house there was about a 6 inch gap up at the peak left with no drip edge. Luckily my husband and I have the capabilities and ladders to put the missing piece of drip edge in ourselves. We decided to do it ourselves because we did not want anymore people coming back after finding that and just fixed it ourselves. Again luckily after going to a couple different home supply stores we were able to find the matching drip edge piece we needed. Overall they did a good job. Just be sure to check things out closely as the job is progressing along and afterwards.
