These guys are a good bunch. My only complaint was it took several weeks before they could do the work. Weather was bad during that time, so that explains a lot. Once a date was set, they showed up on time, and did a good job.

The person that came out was great! He was very nice and explained everything that was done and what needs to be done in the future. I felt like he was giving us our options without trying to force us into work that we don't need. I will definitely recommend this company!

He came out, went up on the roof and did an analysis.We're going to try something. I thought that we had a leak but we had a leak previously and he gave us suggestions on what to put on and paint over it. He took us us through and said that everything would be okay. I thought everything would be because it's a new roof but I guess what had happened is there was a spot that bled through the flat paint. We painted over it but we needed to put a product on there to seal it, then put a flat paint over it. He doesn't think it's a leak and said that we should try that and for some reason if it didn't work, he would come back and re-seal around the chimney. He was very professional and left some cards. He said if we needed any further work done, we'd let him know. He did have an automobile problem the first day our appointment but he informed me early enough that he wouldn't make it and rescheduled for the next day.

Sam was professional wen through my roof with me step by step. Spotted problems but noted that the section with issues only had about 5 years left, so fixing the issues 9sheathing underneath the shingles didn't make sense right now. He also spotted a torn born around the plumbing vent and quoted $250 to repair. These guys are high quality, so getting them to o the repair is a no brainer. I will have them back when the roof needs replacing.

We didn't have any problem with it. It was fine. That was just a small job. They came out when they said they would. They came and did the job. There was no problem. They were fine.

Sam did a good job while he was here and was on time. Along with the things already mentioned he recomended some chimney work and replacing back porch roof. He has been called to come back for these jobs.

I called Shane Fisk Roofing on 6/15/2015 in the morning and left a message. They promptly called me back within 2 hours. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She said she would call me back to let me know when Shane could come out for an inspection of the work needed. He came out that afternoon. He quoted me the cost and sent someone out the next morning to do the work. We had been having a lot of rain so we needed someone to repair the roof as soon as possible. They are very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

It went better than expected. He did not attempt to sell me services I did not need and actually told me how long of a life to expect from my current roof. Extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Very pleased. My own roof was assessed and missing shingles replaced, caulking etc. nice job. Prompt and efficient. At the second house (my clients) they checked roof, did caulking where needed, removed improperly installed gutter cards and some minor repairs. Everyone was pleased. Prompt, efficient, fair priced.

They were very nice, punctual, let me know what needed to be fixed. They gave me a quote on a new roof. I'm not sure if they did any repairs to the flashing or whatever was promised in the inspection, but we got a new roof put in six weeks later by a different company.

They do a good job. I don't think I will use them again.

This is a great company. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time, were very pleasant and courteous to my staff, thoroughly explained the short term and long term repair options to me. I ended up opting for the more expensive long term fix. They worked with me to schedule around our appointments to minimize business interruption. They arrived on time (even a little early), completed the work in the time they estimated, cleaned up after themselves beautifully - and again, my staff commented on what nice guys they were. I would definitely use them for any future roofing needs.

Everything was very professional and timely. They cleaned everything up afterwards and the gutters look great. Spent a lot of time making sure water would flow properly.

Found out why roof was leaking near chimney and repaired it, no problems.

Everything went well, I have no complaints. They were very detailed and prompt. They took pictures to show where the minor tweaks would be needed and explained what had to be done. As far as pricing, it wouldn't be fair for me to say if it was cheap or not due to this being my first roofing experience, this was more of a touch up on a 13 year old roof. Thank you again on a job well done!

After a rocky start trying to coordinate a work date/time, Sam arrived exactly as we agreed. He and his helper (never did get his name) cleared out the leaves of autumn, hauling away all the junk/gunk. Before they left, we talked about replacing the gutters, and Sam said he was going to check with other companies about the particular type of gutter I had (a bit unusual/ odd). We talked of them possibly coming back another time to do a replacement. I found both Sam and his assistant very friendly and business-attentive. Hope we can find a way to do more gutter work.

At first I was anxious because I talked to an machine twice. Finally the next day l talk to a person I work construction we played phone tag all day.I'm totally frustrated at the end of the day I talked to Shane gave him my information while l'm at work the next day done .Thanks Angie.
