They came out and did the work for free basically because of the mix up.

I liked their service so much that I am working with them on a major roofing project to be done in 2015. More to come.

Shane came out and did an analysis and provided all the details of recommended repairs. He sent a team out within a couple days to complete the repairs in a professional manner. They resealed the flashing and several vents on the roof. They sealed an area where wood was lifting up and birds getting into the attic, took down a coupula that had wasp nest in it and nailed down all the popping nails in the roof. They guys did a great job and would recommend them in the future.

They were very considerate of my scheduling requests as I work third shift and only can do am appointments. They were even able to fit me in earlier than they had expected. Repairs were done quickly. Sam used his phone to show me pictures of what he did and of what else will need done in the future. His explanations were very clear. I plan on contacting them in the spring when I have the money for the tear off and resurface. I know the price may change some, but it was still a lot lower than another estimate I had received.

Sam serviced and inspected the entire roof. He was very efficient and professional. He totally evaluated the roof without trying to sell any unnecessary services. Again, very thorough and professional. I will definitely call Shane Fisk Roofing for future service.

Fast and efficient scheduling. Very thorough inspection and tune-up including pictures of problem areas worked on. Located problem areas and took care of them and gave detailed estimates of further work that could be done. Prices fair and we will be hiring them for gutter work. Friendly and knowledgeable worker.

We were very impressed with the man who did the inspection. He took pictures and explained what needed to be repaired. The workers came when they said they would and were very efficient and courteous. We thought the cost was fair

The service was fine but I felt the estimate was really high for the what seemed to be items that could have/should have been addressed as part of the $109 package, ie: pounding down nails that were popping up.

A crew of three returned within the week and completed the work in one day. Again, I couldn't go up to see the finished work, but I was impressed with the clarity of the explanation and I could see where the two crew members were working, and the person in charge seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Because they were working with mortar in the two chimneys, I showed the boss two other places, one in my basement and one at the foundation, where a little mortar seemed like a solution. He presented an alternate idea which was a better solution, and the work was done at no additional charge.

They came as scheduled to inspect the roof. They then completed the recommended repairs in a timely manner as scheduled.

I purchased this inspection as a "special" from Angie's List. The company came out and did a very through job of inspection and even went into my very cramped attic. He came back and said there were no leaks and that the roof was in very good shape and didn't need but just a small repair. He estimated the roof would last another 3-5 years and maybe longer. I was very pleased that they said the roof did not need replacing. These people seem very honest to me and I feel much better knowing the roof is OK. When it comes tome to replace the roof you can be sure these will be the people I will call.

Roof inspection was performed as expected. 2 noted flaws recovered by the company that i was not aware of with estimates provided for repair.

Inspection was thorough, about one hour. He went over the entire roof, and he even looked at the inside attic areas because I was concerned with possible leaking.

It went well. Very pleased with their work and competency. Sam explained everything in detail as to what needs to be done. He took before, during and after pictures of all the repair work. The flashing and flat roof looked brand new. He did give an option of just re-sealing the flashing with rubberized cement, but that would not have taken care of the problem in the long run. It would have been a temporary fix that would have lasted two to three years. Whoever did the original flashing around the chimney did it with wrong materials. Every time it rained steady, our attic would leak right around the chimney. This was due to poor repair work; the water settled into areas around the chimney which caused the leak. As long as there was a heavy downpour, the water wasn't able to accumulate in all the nooks and crannies that had developed around the flashing. Pictures of the flashing evidenced why we had leaks in a slow and steady rain. Sam and his co-worker were professional and cleaned up thoroughly. They estimated the job to be four hours and they were correct.

Responsive and thorough - fixed our problems and gave us great advice for future roof maintenance. Will definitely use again!

Good service. They seem to know what they're talking about.

The things I wanted done were much more expensive than the coupon allowed. Will have them do that work later. They did seal my areas of concern so feel like I got my money's worth.

Shane is not the typical shuck and jive roofer that seem to permeate that industry. He prides himself on being a 4th generation roofer himself. His crew were nice, all American guys. They were courteous and neat, cleaning up before they left each day.

The roofer was polite, professional, pleasant. They did what they were supposed to do and answered our query about some leaking we've had on the outside of the house into our screened porch. He told us how it could be repaired permanently, but did not pressure us in any way to have it done. We asked for an estimate for the work, in case we need it in the future. It was overall a very good experience, and we will definitely contact them if we do need repairs in the future.
