They were very professional and prompt. They gave me some very good information on my roof. They found the leak and what was causing it. He filled the flashing and I have not had any problems since. I would recommend them.

Initially I purchased a roof inspections for $99. He showed me pictures of some problem areas, a nail was coming through shingles and some of the shinges were popping up, (about 8). He also repaired some flashing. He showed me pictures of the roof. He came back and did the rest of the work for $400. He said the roof should last another 10 to 15 years, which sounds right.

Sam showed up on time and was very professional. I told him about some shingles that had blown off and he said he would check it out. The deal included repairing up to 3 shingles which I provided to him and he used to replace the damaged shingles. He spent about 45 mins to an hour on the roof which included repairing the shingles. I have to take his word that he completed all the items included in the deal that took place on the roof since obviously I cannot easily verify(more on this below). He gave me an estimate for some additional work that he felt would be beneficial for preventing further damage to the roof. The reason I give it a B for quality is that he did not complete one of the items included in the deal which was "Checking for interior leaks that may not be noticeable from the exterior of your home". I noticed this after he had left, otherwise I would have mentioned it. It makes me wonder whether all of the items included in the deal which took place on the roof were actually completed. Overall, I would recommend this company, but they should do a better job ensuring that all items that are included in the deal are completed as it leaves some doubts that everything was done as stated.

They kept cancelling the appointment on me at the last minute. They cancelled on me a total of 3 times in 3 weeks. I have asked Angie's List to refund my money since this company cannot keep an appointment.

There were two salesmen that came. They went up on the roof and they did a little bit here and there and then, I had to get some more work done. So, two guys came a week later and then, they did more work. It was very expensive. Nothing is cheap anymore. I thought the same two fellows were coming back. When these other two guys came, I said, "Well, where are the other two men?" He said they were salesmen. So, the $99 was like a salesman's call. It was $700 for just a little bit of work, patching up a chimney and putting some caulk around. It was just outrageous. They went up there and they didn't even go up and look in the chimney or anything. Finally, the one guy went up and that's where the leaking was, where I wanted the attention. It was very, very expensive. I would never use them again. Shane Fisk didn't come. His son came. This is what they do. I've always got a member of the family. I never get the real guy. I never get the real deal. I get the kid. That was his son that came out with another older man. They were nice people. I felt it was overpriced and I felt a little bit deceived. They came and they were polite and they fixed the problem.

The quote for all the items needed was a little high, so I only did the necessities for now. The contractors were on time, professional, and even went the extra mile to clean off the dirty siding that was sitting in the yard before putting it up on the house. Overall I am satisfied with what was done, but I will have to get more estimates on what's remaining.

Sam arrived well within the scheduled 2-hour time slot. He went straight to his inspection and paid particular attention to my complaint: a leaking window. Sam definitely ruled out the roof as the culprit; he assured me everything about the roof is fine and ready for winter. That said, I am very grateful to Sam for going beyond the package deal and taking the time and trouble to re-caulk several possible problem areas located near and around the window. Presently, the gutter contains a multi-seamed corner near the window, there is almost no gradation to the down spout, and the entire gutter is smack-dab up against the vinyl siding. If the window leak persists after Friday's re-caulking, I will follow Sam's suggestion and call in a specialist to install a one-piece gutter, slant it appropriately, and do whatever necessary to ensure the rain flows into the gutter and not behind it. I believe Sam is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and I am grateful he took the time to talk with me.

It was fast, professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the results.

The inspection went well. Sam, the roofer, was knowledgeable and friendly and I will invite him to return for repairs if his quote on repairs is determined to be fair and reasonable.

Was unable to schedule a good time with the provider for months. Finally had them scheduled for today at 9A. They were a NO-SHOW!

I purchased the spring roof inspection coupon offered by Shane Fisk through Angie's List. That inspection discovered cracks in several of the vent boots. They took pictures while on the roof and explained how if left unfixed it could lead to water entering my attic. We determined that replacement of all 5 vents would be the best course of action. We scheduled them to come back at a future date as they would need to stock their truck with the boots and same color shingles. They were back within a week, performed the repairs quickly, took pictures so I can see the repairs from the ground, and cleaned up any mess. I will definitely use Shane Fisk in the future.

The job went well from start to finish. I was aware of a couple places where the roof was leaking and showed them to Sam, the inspector that came out initially. He was very professional and showed me photos of the concerns he found on my roof. His findings made sense knowing where the leaks were and that the roof was installed by my former neighbor, who was not a professional roofer. The job was completed quickly a couple weeks later by two courteous employees who left the site clean when they were done. I haven't noticed any problems since the work was done and would use them again in the future.

Had a representative come to my house to perform a pre-winter check on my roof. I knew of two areas that concerned me. He did not address those areas, I was very unhappy and he left without addressing those areas. A few days later Shane, the owner, called me and wanted to make it right. He sent two guys out and addressed those areas and I felt I got the value I invested in and was very impressed on how he wanted to make it right. It was too bad that it had to take the owner to call me and the second crew to come out, but many companies probably wouldn't have done that. So I highly recommend Shane Fisk Roofing mainly because Shane the owner wants his customers happy.

This was a routine check of the roof before the winter came in. They checked the attic and the roof. Very professional. Arranging the appointment was ok, it was delayed in part because of our limited availability. Very good company. The person who did the task was very personable.

Did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and the repair has been effective.

The man's name was Sam and he was from Shane fish Roofing Co I was pleased with the service I received and that I received a proposal for wok that should be performed. I have a couple of weeks to decide if I will have the work done before the winter weather comes. I am disappointed that there is not a warranty on repair of the work I would have done. I would hope that being a Senior that their may be Senior discount.

The roofing was completed in 1 1/2 days with proper clean-up afterwards.

Then they took a photograph of a spot on my roof that looked like needed some work. They quoted me a price and then I contacted them about a week or 10 days later and said, "Go ahead and make the repair." It seemed a little high price on the repair. It was $300. They got it done in 15 minutes. So, it seemed like it was a little excessive. But, they did it right. It turned out very good. They did what they said they were going to do and they were on time. In fact, they got it done quicker than they originally said they would take. I paid them and they went on their way. Everything is fine. The guys were nice. They said what they were going to do and they did it. The first guy, especially, was terrific - the man that came out on the original thing. He looked at all the shingles. He repaired the ones I told him to repair and then he saw another one from the ground that looked like it might be coming loose. He put his ladder back up, went up there and fixed that for me. So, he was very attentive and did a very good job. He was the one who gave me the estimate on the second repair.

Everyone was very nice and polite. The work seems to be have done well and I guess only time will tell. I have confidence they knew what they were doing and were knowledgeable on the subject of roofing. I will definitely use again.
