Very friendly and professional. The worker reviewed all his findings with me, including taking pictures of the issues he found when inspecting the roof. He provided an estimate during his visit of the repairs he would recommend. Based on the professional service, I plan on scheduling the repairs as well.

The provider did the inspection and reportedly did some minor repairs (I have not climbed up on the roof to verify the repairs) and informed me that I had hail damage that needed tended to as soon as possible. They offered to meet with my insurance agent to discuss the damage as long as I agreed to let them do the insurance repairs (fair enough). They also provided an estimate for approximately $300 of recommended miscellaneous repairs aside from the hail damage. About a week or so after the inspection, the provider put up another Big Deal for roof repairs. They were offering $300 worth of repair labor for $99. Great, I thought, I'll have them do the repairs in the estimate provided, so I purchased the Big Deal. After the Big Deal was purchased, I was contacted by the provider saying they could not honor the Bid Deal purchase because of some fine print (that I did not find) and that I should contact Angie's List to get my $99 back. I emailed the provider asking for clarification on the refusal, but received no response. I know that these providers use the Big Deals as a means of establishing relationships leading to more business and that's exactly what I was trying to do. This provider is obviously only interested in getting the lucrative insurance work and not interested in the smaller repair jobs and that's a shame. After the miscellaneous repairs were completed, I was probably going to work with them on the hail damage repairs, but I will no longer deal with Shane Fisk Roofing. I did contact Angie's List and was promptly given my $99 back. I explained the situation and the agent reviewed the Big Deal and said that she could see no reason why it shouldn't be honored. Buyers beware of Shane Fisk Roofing.

It appears that I paid 99.00 inspection fee for NOTHING, other then a estimate which I could of gotten free elsewhere.

Very well. Inspect the roof first, came down and explained that roof has cracks, loose shingles and flashing and went up and fixed them.

They did great. I have no complaints about everything that they did. They were nice.

What basically happened was an inspection and estimate for $99. No resealing, re-caulking, repairing took place....all of the things the $99 package listed. Most companies will do an inspection for free, this amounted to a $99 inspection.

They did a beautiful job. I am very happy. They finished everything in one day.

I wasn't there at the time but my aunt complained about her roof afterwards, unfortunately I wasn't there at the time of the service was done on her home and wasn't aware she had problems with anything until some time later. So while my aunt may have had issues I do commend the company on their quick communication efforts. I don't know why my aunt has not contacted them, I think she feels she will have to pay for repair work that she feel they caused. I honestly don't know and I stopped trying to be a middle person between her and the company. With that being said I am impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to tr and work with my aunt.

It went well. I will note that the original deal through Angies List was for a $99 tune-up service (discounted from $349), that included the estimate for the subsequent work done here. A part of me was a little disappointed with how little was accomplished in the original package; however, overall I am happy with the price of the work that was ultimately done and the service provided.

Came and inspected the roof, removed a couple of loose shingles and protected the loss area from leaking. I am using them to replace my roof. Highly recommended .

Took several attempts to get them to the house "Scheduling problems"

In addition to the inspection, the technician caulked around the chimney and identified problems with the fit of rubber boots around the stack pipes and provided an estimate to repair at a later time. Very professional and courteous.

The worker from Shane Fisk was very helpful and was very willing to spend time with me afterwards to discuss all of the questions that I had.

The Company was very professional, showed up on time, and was diligent in working with me to schedule the appointment around the snowy weather. It only took 20-30 minutes for the inspection and I received pictures via text of some rubber boots that needed to be replaced, which I appreciated. That being said, the quote received for replacing the boots that were identified as needing to be replaced was $500. I was able to purchase the materials at a local store for less than $20, and it took about 15 minutes to install. I could have believed a charge of $150-200, but $500 blew my mind.

Fast only took around 15-20 minutes.

Sam came and completed the work and provided a detailed explanation of what repairs needed to be done. Requested quote for roof and received after contacting office.

Worker arrived on the early side of the stated two hour window. He was pleasant and informative. He didn't rush through his work and explained what I needed to know in detail.

Workers came out as planned even though it was raining/drizzling out. They cleaned out a bird nest under one soffitt and repaired three separate spots where the soffitts had come loose towards the peak of the second story roof. They asked us to inspect it before they left and were very professional and efficient. Also appreciated that this company did not try to convince us to replace all the soffits and flashing on that side of the house like the previous company did who gave us an estimate for over $1000 for this small repair job. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Went OK, but was surprised to find that what was needed would cost more then the coupon would cover

My husband was impressed with the gentleman who came from Shane Fisk. He was willing to install a "boot" around a vent that we knew had a slight crack and was causing a water mark on an interior ceiling.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I think they came out several weeks after I purchased the deal. I think I had to call them a couple of times and it was hard for me to estimate what their charges were except for one thing which seemed to be a little high. I noticed they had not cleaned the leaves off my gutters. Actually, we have gutter covers and I do have someone doing that but he had not done in when they were out. They did not put a price down for what they would do and it seemed kind of high. I was not sure about the other things they gave an estimate for so they could have been better on that estimate so I had some feeling for it. I did not have a lot of interaction. They came out and did that one thing. I don't have any complaints, but I would say to be careful what they charge you.

The roofer arrived at the job site slightly ahead of the scheduled visit,. He completed his inspection and waited for me to find 3 original shingles stored away to use in repairs in order to make them match the rest. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He explained in good detail the condition of the roof, the cause of some damage he found (from a nearby tree), and the repairs he made. He also provided an estimate of the remaining life of the current roof and offered some suggestions if we'd like to replace it entirely in the near future.

Did not take very long. Did not leave a written report on what he found.

It was okay. We had a little problem with what they were supposed to do. They had to do credit on my bill. They did everything okay. That was the first time. There were no additional fees to that. They recommended some things and that was the second time they came out. That was when they had done few other things that they forgot to do. The first time went well. They recommended some other repairs that weren't covered under the big deal. They went over the whole roof thoroughly and let me know how much time I had left before a new roof was needed.
