Description of Work: They found a roof leak not detectable from outside and repaired it both in a timely manner but also professionally. They explained what was wrong, what was needed to fix the leak and came back four days later to do the work.

Description of Work: | |shane was punctual, and very pleasant. His quote was really good and we hired him after taking advantage of the 99.00 promo. We had him take out 2 skylights that were on the roof but were no longer used in the house. His men, Joe and Bill, were great. They did a good job and cleaned every bit of debris from removing the skylights and the old shingles. Joe explained in detail a question I had and I was pleased with his answer. I will be contacting Shane Fisk in the summer to schedule doing another job on the roof in the fall that my husband and I discussd having done.

Description of Work: The gentleman reviewed the Ice Jam Packs (2) and made the recommendation to install gutter warming lines before next season. .He quoted $900 ... the highest quote (by far) of three that I obtained.

Description of Work: Roof inspection was nothing more than a walk around the house. Did not look at flashing, seals around pipes or chimneys. Gave an estimate for fixing a spot where a leak had developed over the winter. That's it. I already knew that spot needed to be fixed. Gain for $100 spent? Nada.

The customer purchased the $99 roof maintenance package. When I arrived I looked at the roof pitch and seen it was approximately a 12/12 pitch roof which is a very steep roof and not walkable. I then knocked on the door and met [member name removed] and explained to her that the deal they purchased had a limitation on the roof pitch (6/12) and there would be an extra charge to do the inspection if we had to get on the roof (because this would require proper equipment because of the steepness of the roof) so she agreed to just do a inspection from the ground.She then let me inside and showed me where the current leak is and then I went outside and could see the problem at the end of a valley from the ground.I then wrote an estimate to fix the problem and gave it to her.I am going to assume this discussion must not have been relayed to [member name removed] who wasn't home at the time and left the review.I am sorry that he was unhappy with the service and would be more than willing to do the repair and even take the $99 off of the quote I gave him.

The customer purchased the $99 roof inspection deal. We were advised the chimney had a chronic leaking problem. Upon inspection of the chimney we gave them 2 options. A: Resealing all of the chimney flashing for around $300 B: Tearing out all of the chimney flashing (including stonework as this is a stone chimney and bottom portion of stone would have to be removed to get access to flashing and then reinstalled) for around $1000 They opted for the cheaper option and we made them fully aware that for the cheaper option there would be no warranty at all,that there is a possibility it could still leak. That being said I'm puzzled by the poor rating as they were forewarned and even after it did still leak didn't call us back to try to readdress the problem of which we would have been glad to do!

Description of Work: For the deal price of $$99 Shane Fisk Roofing patched some potential leaks around a chimney and inspected my roof. Shane Fisk is also aiding me in an insurance claim I have pending with State Farm from hail damage. I found Shane to be a straightforward, no-jive person I intend on doing future business with. At this point I would recommend him highly.
