Norm was great to work with and knows what he is doing. He completed the job exactly when he said he would, and followed through 100% re: everything we agreed to. He made great recommendations on styles and color combinations that we would not have thought of, and made the pad/porch/steps look better than we expected. He's a solid dude and has a great crew working with him. Will definitely use him again, and will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Norm and his staff were on time from making an estimate to carrying out the project. Everyone who worked on the project were well qualified, experienced, and personable. Would I hire Elite again? Yes I would with confidence of a successful project.

Elite added a 12' x 12' concrete addition to our existing patio. They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were very polite and respectful of the property, even carefully removing and salvaging some plants that I had intended to relocate prior to their arrival. Excellent to work with

We had a large section of our driveway replaced by them. They were always on time, very professional, quick to respond, and the quality of the work was Top Notch. My husband and I were both very impressed. I would highly recommend them!

We re-did our front steps because they were pulling away from the porch. We received several quotes from other professionals and Norm's was by far the best. He was polite and professional and we're very happy with the work he did. Our steps look better than before and it only took one day of work. Would highly recommend.

The actual work involved repairing a driveway. The repair involved removing and replacing sections of the driveway. Norm and his crew did a great job at matching the existing concrete and making it look as uniform as possible. The work was done in the timely fashion, and Norm was prompt with contacting me and kept his word on timing. Norm and his crew were very respectful and did a great job start to finish. Norm and his crew replaced my front porch steps w/ stamped concrete and replaced the attached brick walls. The house is a 100+ years old and they did a great job making the finished work look like it was original. Elite concrete completed our stamped concrete project in a timeframe as discussed. I had something that I wanted changed and Norm was quick and efficient in taking care of the problem. Entire crew was friendly. There were no delays and I was using my patio in two days .they even worked in the rain and the mud. They reinforced everything with rebar and everything is draining great. Norman was professional, friendly and showed up exactly on time for both the initial meeting to discuss the project and on the day the work was done. He is organized and has the equipment needed to do high quality work. He and his crew approached got to work immediately and in no short order had moved a three ton boulder, cut our existing walkway, and removed the topsoil for forming our new driveway. He put the soil on tarps I provided so I could use it for landscaping our yard. Norman understands the meaning of "good customer service" and it's apparent he and his crew enjoy and are proud of their work. I was amazed at their diligence and attention to detail. When the truck arrived they placed the concrete neatly, and quickly in the forms, troweled and finished it without problems. It was a long hard day but their attitude was exceptional throughout, even up to the mailman leaving a footprint in their work near the mailbox, which they quickly and patiently removed immediately. He even came to saw-cut the slab on Easter Sunday morning, since he couldn't do it Saturday becasue he was sick in bed. This man has character and commitment. We highly recommend Elite Custom Concrete for any of your residential concrete needs, and are grateful to Norman and his crew for their expertise, hard work, and great looking driveway at our new home.
