We had the driveway put in and we had concerns with several black spots. He said if there was a problem he would fix it. Now he will not respond. Our driveway is chipping on those black spots. Stay away from this company.

I am super happy with the results of my project. Elite Custom Concrete did a great job. They were friendly and easy to work with. They made some adjustments during the projects without complaint. They made some great suggestions that improved the outcome. They came on time as scheduled. They worked hard and efficiently. Their price was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone needing concrete work, and I would use them again the next time I need concrete work done.

He has refused to answer any of my MANY phone calls, texts or emails. He left two tiny pipe projects and said he would come back to finish them, so I paid him. It will seriously take him 10 minutes and $10 to finish with honor and integrity. DO NOT pay him until the job is 100% complete.

Norm was easy to work with and he was attentive to my needs. Any suggestions I made were considered. I was very satisfied with the end result of my patio extension. Most companies wonâ t do a small job like this but Elite did and was very reasonably priced. I recommended them to my neighbor for his project.

The owner Norm had very little direct contact with me. He did the estimate and asked for the payment and very little other communication. Unfortunately there are some small problems with the driveway and we have contacted him by text and calls, at least 7 times and he will not call us back to even discuss this. There is chipping where he cut the lines and we asked him to come back and look at it. We will never recommend him to anyone who ask because he does not back up his work with integrity. All he had to do is call us back to discuss the problem but he will not even respond back after multiple attempts.

Norm Maurer and his crew did a great job installing our concrete patio. 5 Star work at a fair price. My wife and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I would recommend Elite Custom Concrete to anyone looking to have concrete work done.

They came when they were supposed to come, they did a very fine job, they were very courteous, answer all of our questions. A real pleasure to work with. I will recommend them to anybody.

Norm and his crew were fast, efficient and produced a finished product that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They have not sealed the concrete, as quoted, and are not responding to text messages. The yard was left a mess, and they got concrete spatter and footprints on my newly stained deck...even after asking them not to walk on the deck.

Elite is anything but, and Norm, the owner did a horrible job on my concrete. Lines are uneven, there are chips, there are gaps around the pool coping, and sloppy concrete on the pool coping. He attempted to patch big holes with a concrete resurfacer instead of properly patching them. He stopped responding to my messages, likely because he is not capable of properly fixing his mistakes. I now have to hire someone else to redo the work. I will post pictures of the work on other review sites.

Went above and beyond to protect my cable TV going into the house

I had several estimates for job, and they came in $2000 less. They did exactly what I asked -and it turned out great. They were prompt and courtesy. And cleaned up all the old concrete and bricks. Very happy with work and price.

Norm and his crew did a great job on our Front porch and walkway. Norm helped us with the design and it looks beautiful. And we very happy with price. Everything went great. I've already discussed having a patio done in the back of my house. I highly recommend Elite Custom Concrete.

They did good job and got me on schedule quickly. Price seemed a little high but based on lack of response from anyone else I had nothing to compare it to. But overall I am satisfied.

I received three estimates for my driveway expansion. Elite Custom Concrete was the only company who physically came out and looked at the project. The owner and his entire crew were extremely friendly, thorough and professional. He was able to get the job done nearly two weeks earlier than anticipated. The driveway looks great. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience!!!! Quick response to our quote request. Came out, did the estimate and said they could do the work in approx 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we were scheduled and the job was done in 2 days!!! We were using our patio that weekend!!! Super high quality. Very professional. Even took a last minute request on adding steps to the project. We had waited all summer for another company to do the work and when we found Elite Custom we made the best choice possible. Sad we didnâ t book them sooner (instead of waiting on the other company). Highly highly recommend!!!! Zero complaints.

Honest, reliable, professional service.

Had a little problem due to the rain getting the job done but the work was completed. Very nice job getting the old concrete out and the new in. Cleaned up after completion of the project and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them. I thought the price was good.

They gave me a quick and detailed quote and showed up to do the work when they said they would. Part of the project was anchoring the driveway extension into the existing driveway with rebar. They would not have done it at all had I not walked out and asked right before they started pouring concrete. We had asked for the driveway to be level as it is an RV parking spot. It was not level. They cleaned up the work nice for the most part, except for one of the workers digging a shallow hole in our backyard and dumping excess concrete into it. I had to dig it out and re-plant the grass. Also, part of the quote was a saw cutting the driveway. I had to call 3 or 4 times and wait a few weeks to get this done. He completed the job well for the most part... but not without my oversight and prodding. I should not have had to do that.
