They were great to work with. They were very professional. They came in under the bid, even with me adding work to it.

The repair went well. Paul was on time and very efficient. It didn't taken as long as I had anticipated. When he was finished, I asked him if he had time and could check on the pipes rattling when running water from upstairs. He explained what the problem was and noted that he had the parts and the time to fix it right then. Everything works!

Arrived in a timely fashion. Carried toilet upstairs by himself. Worked hard at installing the new toilet including leveling toilet since floor was not level.

It went great, staff were professional and supportive.

It went very well. We called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon. We got a call back within 15 minutes and Pat was out here an hour later. Pat snaked the drain about 5 feet down the line and unclogged it, cleaned up, and eliminated a potentially large impediment to doing kitchen work on a day where we planned to do a week's worth of meal preparation. And given it was short notice on a Sunday afternoon, the price was reasonable.

Does not leak anymore. Left old parts and left over materials just laying in the yard and on the basement floor

Great! He gave me a written explanation of problem. Which may help me on some kind of money back from Carrara Carrara handled my dishwater was ruff that by the time they where finished it ended up with a very large leak that wasn't there when the plumber came in. .

My hot water heater went out late Thursday night. We could do nothing about it the following day because my wife had multiple doctor appointments. I did, however, call Plumbing One in an effort to make an appointment to get them out to make repairs. After explaining the problem, I was told that parts could not be found until the following Monday, but they could replace the hot water heater over the weekend. Due to the age of the hot water heater, and other factors, I called them back the following day, April 8, 2017, to have the hot water heat replaced, and was quoted a price of $1,075. I asked them about the 10% senior discount as advertise on Angie's List, and he stated that they did not offer a senior discount, but could show it to the technician when he came out to do the job. I also mentioned the coupon advertised on Angie's List, that offered 5% off water heaters to Angie's List members, and he stated the technician would take it off the bill. I asked when they could get it done, and they said immediately. Within approximately 30 minutes the technician was here. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and for the most part professional. He unhooked the old water heater, and then left for about 30 minutes, whereby upon his return brought in the new water heater. Within about 2 hours after first arriving, he had the water heating installed and working. He then proceeded to clean up after himself, and remove the old water heater. In the process of removing the water heater he broke off the threshold at the top of the basement stairs He basically said it was an easy fix, and then removed the water heater. When settling with the bill, I mentioned both the senior discount and the Angie's List coupon, and was basically told regardless they would discount $45 off the bill. Thinking that didn't sound right, I questioned him. Thinking, if using the coupon, it would be 5% off the entire bill, or the water heater, but was told that the discount was for labor only. Later, after he was gone, my wife twice walked atop screws that had fallen on the floor when he took the water heater out, and found additional parts left behind in the basement from the old water heater. Would I hire them again... yes. They were available 24/7 without charging afterhour or overtime charges, responded and completed the job quickly, their rates were comparable to others who only worked on weekdays, and they took the old water heater with them.

Fine but felt it was a little overpriced.

The work went really well. Paul and Jesse did great work and were very nice to work with. We are very pleased with all they did and would definitely hire again.

The big thing was that it was like double of what the estimate was supposed to be. The explanation was good enough, but it still left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. That was on the negative side. On the positive side, it's done, it's in, and working. So, that is always good. They guy should up and told me what he was going to have to do, disappeared for 2 hours, and came back. I would never us them again. The water softener works, it's just not someone I would recommend based on how the whole thing went down.

Pat was very nice and very knowledgeable! He fixed the problem and it now works fine. I would call them again for any plumbing needs!

Agreed time service time was to arrive between 8am-10am. Plumber called at 7:50am to say was on his way and arrived at 8:10am. He assessed situation, and agreed anode rod needed replaced. Have well water, and was getting strong sulfur smell from hot water. Plumber stated was water reacting with magnesium anode rod and agreed aluminum rod would solve problem. Plumber did attempt to remove anode, but not successful. He called for another plumber to come in and assist. That person arrived within 15 minutes, and both were able to get anode rod out. Very pleased with service. Very prompt and professional. Would recommend and will use again in future.

Jesse identified the problem and solved the issues quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up and did it all in less time than he thought might be needed.

Paul showed up exactly when promised, following a call to ensure we were still good with the appointment. After a 30 second explanation of the problem, he set about fixing the issue. In about an hour he fixed the supply line leaks and rebuilt both faucets, inspected for leaks and cleaned up the work area. He was courteous and thoroughly professional.

The issue happened on a Sunday afternoon. After a couple phone calls to check technician's availability, the work was scheduled for same day. The technician called and said he was on his way and arrived within a half hour. He completed all the work swiftly and skillfully.

The tech called to let me know when he would be at my house and showed up on time. He immediately found the issue and fixed it. All it needed was some silicone around the base of the faucet handle.

After the work was completed and I was given the invoice, I told the tech he had not credited me for the Angie's List coupon. Well dang if he didn't suddenly "remember" he hadn't charged me a $25 trip charge. Mind you, the trip charge was initially presented as only applicable if the work was not completed. He tried to say by not including the Angie's List coupon, the price would actually be cheaper. $650 job and the tech was determined to beat the customer out of another $25 after the invoice was presented. It's this type of nickel/dime screwing over of the customer that will ensure we NEVER will use this company again. Makes me wonder how bad we were worked over on the overall job price itself.

They were friendly, responsive, and willing to complete the work in a timely manner.

The price was reasonable. They were timely and professional. We would use them again.

Technician cleaned the burner unit. Did state that I will be due for a new tank in the near future. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs!

The plumber arrived, assessed the leak, determined it could be fixed by applying sealant. Then performed the work without a charge.

More than 1 phone call to schedule. Had to wait a few days. More expensive than others I have seen on Angies list.

We didn't hire Plumbing One because our home warranty company had their own guys, but I talked to Paul on the phone a couple times and he was so nice, very helpful and sounded genuinely concerned about our situation. We will be calling Plumbing One in the future whenever we need help with our plumbing again!!
