We had an appointment , No call , no show. I emailed and texted no response. not dependable in my opinion .

Plumber arrived same day even though it was not urgent. Quickly solved the problem. Was nice and great to deal with.

Great customer service with thorough explanation and patient answers to all my questions. Water heater replacement was done promptly and professionally. And price was reasonable and competitive. Would definitely hire again!

I had someone else come and give me a quote. Plumbing One called shortly after with a much better quote. They showed up at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and finished in an hour. Great job. We will definitely use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. The lady on the phone was helpful, they were on time, polite, friendly and helpful. I would hire them again for sure.

I would say they did a great job other than the plumber went to Home Depot to get a part and got the wrong one, so had to turn around and go back again. It took some time but it turned out and it was a fair price!

Paul is always great to work with. He explains what is needed and always does a great job for us. We have used Plumbing One a few times over the last handful of years and will continue to use for our plumbing needs.

One of "farmers" came to repair a leaking drains hi. We also requested an estimate replace some faucet cartridges in 2 bathrooms. The 1st visit to repair the drain included a more than one hour time away from our house to get parts. We of course are charged for this time. 2nd visit repair the faucet cartridges included and even length time away from the job, which is difficult to understand given that the plumber had already seen the faucets (Moen) that needed cartridges replaced. Worst of all, on multiple faucets the former reverse the hot and cold water flow, and had the nerve to tell my wife the water had always had the hot water on the right. After I confronted the plumber I asked if the cartridges could be defective. I wasn't entirely ignorant in the manner since my father was a licensed journeyman plumber. Plumbing one's plumber, Pat, finally yielded and figured out how to reinstall the cartridges properly. In addition to the bad service, I'm suspicious that much of the time away from the job was unnecessary. There is a Home Depot and Lowe's both within 2 miles of our home.

From 1st phone call to last communication everything when smoothly. I found this company easy to work from billing to making an appointment. The quality of work was professionally done. Its not always easy to find a company you can trust to give you accurate information to the problem at hand, fix it and give you fair pricing, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I am thrilled to have found Plumbing One. Paul does great work and their rates are very reasonable. While replacing my leaking garbage disposal with a new one, Paul noticed one of my pipes under the sink was very corroded and in danger of leaking. He took care of that while he was installing the disposal. He was very polite and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. This is the second time I have used them and they are definitely my "go-to" for plumbing issues from now on!

Pat found the pipe in the crawl space and secured it back on. Added a strap to support pipe so it wouldnt happen again. This is the second time I have used this company and very please with service. Always on time and call first. Wait time for service has always been quick.

We had an estimate from Roto Rooter for $9,000. They were going to tear out the floor in the unfinished and finished part of our basement and we were going to have to have the asbestos tiles abated for an additional cost. Plumber One came in and said he did not think the basement needed to be dug up at all. They unclogged the drain and rerouted some other plumbing from the kitchen sink, all without tearing up the floor. Plumber One's cost for the job was $1,200!!! They were there on time for the initial estimate and came back out two days later to do the job. They were professional and saved my family a lot of money.

The technician called when on his way. He was nice and professional in appearance and actions upon entering my home. After looking at the situation, he determined the bolt(s) securing the toilet had broken and needed replaced, along with a new wax ring. Unfortunately, he did not have any wax rings in the truck and needed to go to Home Depot to purchase one. He arrived about 30-35 minutes later to complete the job. The job went pretty quickly at that point. With his efficiency, I would have given a score of A on price, except that he charged me for the time spent to get the wax ring. I would think a wax ring would be a common use in toilet repair and stocked in the truck. To charge for the 1/2 hour seems a little unreasonable. That $10 part just increased to over $50. The toilet is now stable and works well after the repair. However I noticed after he left that some shims I had used to try and correct the issue were put back. I had removed everything, including the toilet and shims, prior to his arrival. I don't know why he needed to use those shims now. The toilet is stable but not nearly flush with the floor. I should have inspected prior to his leaving and asked about this. I contemplated scoring a C on Quality and Professionalism (and probably should), as I really feel he should have made the toilet flush or explained why it wasn't. However, I didn't ask at the time of service or give a chance for correction. If the company would like to contact me with an explanation, that would be great. All in all, not a bad experience and the toilet works. I just couldn't give all As because he should have explained why it wasn't made flush to the floor. I would likely hire Plumbing One again, but would be more discerning on the completed work.

A week ago, Dan came out and gave me an estimate for replacing my 40 gallon water heater. Yesterday, he replaced it. Both times he came to my home precisely at the promised time. He worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work he performed and would gladly work with him in the future.

I was very happy with the results and the price.

The serviceman, Pat, was prompt and very respectful of my home. He listened to my needs for the job and gave me an hour as an estimate. An hour later, my toilet seal and shut off valve were in and my clog was gone. After he left, I had a little back up from my dishwasher draining into the same line higher up, and he came immediately back and worked on that until everything was clear. As a single mom, I've dealt with some shady repair people. This company charged a VERY fair price, didn't try to sell me anything, and made sure (above and beyond) that I was happy with the repairs. I highly recommend them!! Thank you!!!

I had bought a toilet and supplies at Home Depot and had it ready to go. The technician who came out did a great job removing and disposing of the old toilet and installing the new toilet. There haven't been any problems as I write this review approximately 6 months later. Also, the lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and helpful. Thanks again!

Everything went well. Pat, the repairman called ahead to advise that they would be an hour late. They did not offer any discounts through Angie's list.

Very well. Response to my initial inquiry was very quick. Service pro was on time. Work completed within a reasonable time. Will use this company again.
